She nodded and looked down
"I don't regret it though,I loved him,but he was just too much for me"she confessed looking back to me

"Avani come on!"Anthony called from the water,she looked to me and I nodded before she got up and pranced off.

"Oi moody ass"someone called from the water,I looked up from my phone to see Bryce heading towards me

"That's me"I smiled sarcastically,standing up.
"I know your scared of water,but this is the beach,the water isn't as merky as lake lures"He said pointing to the water.
"Your point?"I chuckled looking to him
"Come for a paddle"he suggested,shrugging
"I'll pass"I smiled sarcastically.
"I wasn't asking"He smirked before grabbing my arm and pulling me towards the water.

"Okay okay stop"I panicked as the water got to my waist.
"See?not that bad huh?"he smirked,splashing me.
I shrugged and kept my eyes on what was under me.
"So what's the deal with you and moormeier"He asked looking to me whilst floating.
"There is no deal"I chuckled looking down to him as he floated on his back
"I know I'm stupid but I'm not THAT stupid"He smirked
"You sure about that?"I chuckled as a wave hit his face.
He stood up in the water and sighed whilst looking to me.
"how are you?after the party?"he asked,flicking his hair from his face.
"what do you mean?"I asked,raising an eyebrow.
"Oh shit,I'm not supposed to know"He muttered quickly,looking down.
I sighed and nodded before turning round and walking towards shore,pushing myself through the water.
"Hey,ally I'm sorry"he said catching my arm.
"it's fine,really"I said,forcing a small smile,pulling my arm away
I sighed and started walking towards the car
I climbed in the passenger seat and pulled my legs up onto the seat before digging my head into my knees

I knew I couldn't get away from what happened and I knew I never would,but I just wished people wouldn't bring it up.

"Bro,chocolate ice cream is nastyyyy"someone laughed,I sniffled and looked up,wiping away my tears
"Your literally eating butter ice cream"another snickered as the voices got closer.
I watched as Jackson and Payton appeared from the trees that outlined the pathway to the ice cream van.
Payton looked to me and looked back to Jackson before waving him of.
"Okay well hurry up"Jackson chuckled as they parted
"I'm just getting something I'll be quick"Payton said before heading to the car

I rolled my window up and quickly wiped my tears away trying to fix my panda eyes.
"Ally"he said,tapping on the window.
"I'm fine,go away"I sniffled,pulling down the mirror,trying to fix my makeup.
"Clearly your not, at least roll down the window"he sighed,throwing his ice cream away.
I took a deep breath before rolling down the window and looking to him.
"Well?"he asked,widening his eyes at me with a little shrug.

"it's nothing,now can you leave me alone?"I asked,biting my lip softly.
"you know I can't do that when your upset"he sighed,leaning on the window frame.
"Payton your just making things worse,I need space"I said,putting my head back,getting frustrated
"you get enough of that,what happened?"he asked.
"Like I said before,dumb ass,I'm fine"I glared at him before rolling up my window. He took a step back and chuckled,raising an eyebrow at me.
I smiled sarcastically back at him before looking back down.

"I'm the dumb ass?"he scoffed,opening the drivers door and climbing into the seat next to me.
"ally,I don't care how much you hate me,I'm not going to leave you alone until you tell me why your crying alone in a car"he smiled looking to me.
"maybe it's not of your business"I said reaching for the door handle
"maybe it is"He smirked,locking the doors since he was in the drivers seat
"We'll never know"He smirked,winking at me.
