Luna
I ran as fast as I could, he had come home earlier than expected so I had to leave without a single belonging of mine, apart from a small necklace that I always wore. The necklace was always with me and I was never sure how I got it or who gave me it but it was a normal necklace with a 2D heart attached with my initials engraved into it.
I jumped over a few things while running, knowing that he could get his pig fingers on me again was a horrifying thought that carried me even though my legs were numb.
"LUNA YOU GET BACK HERE YOU FUCKING BITCH" I heard his voice scream throughout the woods I was running through but I couldn't hear his footsteps "LUNA" This time his voice seems angrier but I didn't care I just kept running.
After running for at least 40 minutes and falling many times, my clothes were now ripped and dirty, I see a road and a couple of houses. However as I approach the road I look down it and see my dads truck zooming down it "shit" I mumbled. I sprinted across the road as his car was turning around to come back up, I bolted up to the first door I seen and started banging on it "Please anyone help!" I tried to be a little more quiet than my usual shout as my 'dad' was coming up the road.
Finally a girl opened the door and I met a pair of blue eyes, I turned around and looked at the road to see the car approaching "are you okay?" she touched my arm lightly taking in my ragged appearance.
I turned back to see that she was trying to look at what I was staring at then she met my eyes "You have to help me" I pleaded.
"yeah of course come in quick" she was piecing together me staring at the car and my appeal for her to help me. She pulled me in and shut the door fast "What happened" Her ocean blue eyes staring at my horrible clothes "are you okay, do you need water, are you hungry" she questions me desperately.
"Water please" I take her offer.
"There's a shower up stairs if you want to clean up and I can get you new clothes" she flashes a pearly white smile at me.
"You're so kind" I take a drink of water from a bottle she had gotten me "And yes please"
She goes to walk away but she turns "I'm Madison but everyone calls me Mads" she smiles again "follow me I'll get that shower going for you"
This is it... my new beginning with a girl that seems like a literal angel.
I cant wait.
