A/N: put your seat belts on, you're going to make a long long trip. And when I say long, I mean long. And I have to make a part three of this too jeez.
Jack ran down the stairs, almost tripping.
He opened the door to the visitor area and sprinted towards the watching group of people. Just like Jack had thought he saw Jonah standing there. He was kicking Daniel who was on the ground almost screaming in pain. Melody was also sitting on the ground, crying. She was touching the side of her head.
His heart broke, how could Jonah come back and do this to his loved ones.
Jack quickly ran over to melody.
"Jacky, that man hurt me" melody cried.
"I know, I know sweetie" said jack trying to calm her down.
He heard a loud knock, it was Corbyn. He was knocking on the glass from the aquarium. Corbyn started to sign something with his hands as soon as Corbyn noticed Jack looking at him. Jack nodded, understanding what corbyn wanted to say.
"Sweetie, you see that door I just walked out of?" Jack asked Melody.
"Yes" Melody said after wiping some of her tears away.
"I want you to walk through that door and then you have to walk all the way to the back. Then you'll see a staircase. You have to walk up the stairs and walk through another door. Someone will wait for you there" Jack explained quickly to melody.
Melody nodded, stood up and began to walk away. The little girl was still crying and in pain, but she understood that she had to get away.
Melody pushed against the 'staff only' door. She ended up in a small hall with a lot of stairs, but she had to take the stairs on the end of the hallway. And so she did when she finally reached the back. Walking up the stairs and holding the railing tight. She pushed against the heavy door at the top of the stairs and walked into a warm area.
She sniffed, smelling seawater. A big aquarium was right in front of her. She noticed the raster on the side of the aquarium, what did she had to do now? Uncle Jacky didn't tell her. Someone should be waiting for her. Right as she was about to walk back to her uncle she heard a splash. she turned back looking at the aquarium. She saw the merman sitting on the side. Did uncle Jacky mean him?
"Come here bubble" said the merman.
Melody's eyes grew big, was he talking to her? She looked around quickly no other person besides her and the merman.
"Yes you bubble" the merman laughed.
Melody slowly walked towards the merman, scared of what he might do.
"Don't worry bubble I'm not going to hurt you. Not like that terrible man who also hurt your dad."
Melody nodded walking a little faster towards the man.
"What's your name" she asked still not sure if she should trust the magical creature.
"I'm Corbyn, and you are Melody am I right?" the merman said.
"Yes how did you know?" Melody asked curiously while sitting next to the merman on the raster.
"You know, your uncle really loves you. He told me about you" said Corbyn while moving a piece of hair behind her ear.
Melody smiled at the action. If uncle Jacky trusted him she could trust him too.
"Now tell me, bubble, where did that terrible man hurt you?" Corbyn asked.
"Right here." Melody touched the side of her head.
"Let me look at it." Corbyn turned her head and inspected the wound. "Hmmm... yeah" he hummed. "Can you keep a secret bubble?"
Melody nodded quickly "I can do that".
Corbyn smiled and moved his head closer to hers so he could whisper something in het ear "I might have magical powers."
"YOU DO- I mean you do" Melody said while whispering.
"Yeah I do, they are healing powers" Corbyn smiled.
"Can I see?"

Jack felt like crying, he was holding Daniel in his arms. He was almost
unconscious and his nose was bleeding. All because of that dick. Jack had to get security to get Jonah of Daniel. Jonah was accompanied with Tate. Jack hated her until he saw the scared expression on her face. It looked like she'd never seen Jonah doing any this before. Jack knew Jonah had a temper. Daniel Always told him his stories. Yes, Jonah had hit Daniel before but nothing like this.
Jack walked up the stair, he ran down earlier that day. He pushed the door open with his back and quickly walked towards Corbyn. A little smile formed on his face when he saw Melody playing with Corbyns hands.
"Corbyn what do I do, he almost lost his consciousness" Corbyn looked up and gasped at the site of Daniel
"Pleas lay him down right here".
Jack nodded and laid Daniel down. Daniel groaned, the first found he made in five minutes. Corbyn let himself fall back in the water before swimming right in front of the pregnant male. Daniel slowly opened his eyes, meeting the two ocean-green eyes from the merman.
"How are you feeling" Corbyn asked quietly.
"Like shit" Daniel groaned. He moved a little tying to sit up but ended almost crying in pain. Corbyn pushed him down.
"Don't move, take it easy. I saw what happened, no way you can just sit up. where does it hurt the most."
"Right here" Daniel pointed to his side.
"Do you mind me taking a look?"corbyn asked. Daniel nodded his head no. With help from Jack and loud groans form the pain he managed to lift his shirt."Oh that looks bad" Corbyn didn't have to use his powers to see his brushed ribs.
"I can heal you, but it takes a lot of energy for you to heal" Daniels and Jacks eyes grew big.
"You... You can heal?" Jack stumbled.
"Yes silly, I have a green tail of course I can heal" chuckled Corbyn.
"So what you are saying is every merman or mermaid with a green tail can heal?" Jack asked.
"Yes, every mermaid or merman with a green tail can heal. Every mermaid or merman with a red tail has super strength, like my brother. Every merman or mermaid with a yellow tail can talk to animals, like my sister. Every merman or mermaid with a blue tail has super speed, like my best friend Zach.
"Oee... is he hot" asked Jack.
"Shut up"
And every merman or mermaid has three kisses that can save someone's life or can kill someone. And a merman with a rainbow tail is the leader of the pod."
Jack stared at him "you got to be kidding me right?"
"No I'm not. I healed Melody. You can look at her head."
Jack walked toward Melody. The wound was gone indeed.
"Wow, that's unreal" Jack smiled.
"Do you mind me healing you Daniel?" asked Corbyn.
The brown-haired boy nodded lightly.
Corbyn moved a strand of hair out of his face. "You'll get tired love."
"I know, you told me. But I rather be deadly tired than in this pain any longer"
Corbyn nodded before touching the side of the beautiful male in front of him. Sparks flowed trough his body, a smile formed on Daniel's and Corbyn's face.
Corbyn closed his eyes, feeling the power run through his veins. It felt like adrenaline and pleasure at the same time. No wonder some merpeople went bad.
A green light formed around his hand. The little lines all over his body lit up. Daniel just watched the beautiful man in front of him. He'd never seen anyone this attractive. Eyes bright green, cheeks flushed a light pink. His blond hair messy on top of his head, dry form being outside the water.
Corbyn looked up at Daniel feeling his eyes on him. He smiled, Daniel was way more handsome up close. His eyes looked like a watery blue, as he was close to closing them. Corbyn felt Daniel relax under his touch. He loved the affect he had on the beautiful man.
He focused back on his hand. Daniels skin now glowing green, which indicated it's healing.
Daniel felt himself getting more and more tired. He closed his eyes for a second and smiled when he felt a hand going through his hair.
"I'm almost done Dani." Daniel smiled at the nickname.
Corbyn slowly pulled his hand away smiling at the result. But looked up when he felt Daniel tense again.
"Can you see... if my baby is okay?" Daniel stuttered.
Corbyns smile turned into a serious look and nodded. If Corbyn used a lot of his power he could look inside a body. To see if something is broken or in this case to see if the baby is okay.
Corbyn closed his eyes and set his hands on Daniels bump. He couldn't help but smile at the feeling. He let the power go to his hand and his eyes. It took a few seconds before he saw something. He saw a little person floating around in the amniotic fluid. He felt the hart beat, the fetus was still alive. Corbyn couldn't sense any injuries, the baby was completely healthy. He looked somewhat longer at the human baby. He's never seen one before, heck he had never seen a human before in his entire life till a week ago.
"Your baby is doing just fine. Do you know the gender or do you want me to tell you?" Corbyn spoke up after a few minutes of silence.
"No, can you tell me the gender, can you see it?"asked Daniel surprised.
"Yes, I can see the gender, are you sure you want to know?"
"Yes I'm sure."
"It's a beautiful little... girl."
Daniel gasped "a girl", tears pricked in his eyes "Melody you're getting a little sister".
Melody got out of Jacks lap, she climbed in minutes ago, and ran towards her dad. She giggled and laid down besides Daniel.
"Everything better than a little brother."

The days passed, Daniel was forever thankful for Corbyn. He still had some bruised so every time we went to the museum he visited Corbyn. He would heal him.
Melody was still the same little happy girl after the incident. But Daniel found it hard. He still couldn't believe Jonah did that. Everyone knew that Daniel still loves him. Even Corbyn.
The last time Daniel visited Corbyn Melody had begged him to go swimming in Corbyn's aquarium.
Daniel had his thoughts about it. Melody could barely swim and Corbyn was a merman. You never know what he's going to do. What about the siren stories? And if Corbyn wanted to learn Melody swim, how? Corbyn had a tail and Melody two legs.
But he agreed. Because he didn't fully trust Corbyn, he decided to go swimming himself.
As you can guess, the next day Melody woke Daniel up with "Papa, we're going to swim with Corbyn today!"
Only two hours later, at the first feed time for Corbyn they stood in front of the Museum.
Jack let them in as the museum doesn't open in thirty minutes.
Melody sprinted toward the door and ran up the stairs pulling Daniel with her. Daniel pregnant and barely awake had difficulties with keeping up his hyper daughter.
Jack just watched and laughed when his best friend looked at him hopeless.
"Come one sweetie, let your dad breath for a moment" laughed Jack and picked up Melody. The girl only giggled.
Daniel opened the door to the aquarium, the warm air hit the three.
Melody wiggled herself out of Jacks arms and ran towards the raters.
"Corbyn, Corbyn, we're going to swim today" she said happily.
For a moment there was silence, Melody stared in the water searching for the merman. Until he suddenly jumped out of the water screaming "BOO!"
Melody giggled as Corbyn showered her in kisses.
"You really are going to swim today? Did your dad finally give in?" Asked the exited Corbyn.
Melody hummed "Yes and he's going to join us."
"He is" Corbyn smirked and looking at Daniel.
Daniel could have hit himself at that moment.
"Here's your food Corbyn" said Jack before emptying a bucket full of fish.
"Thank you Jack"
"Isn't it weird for you to eat fish. I mean, you are a half fish yourself" Daniel asked while picking up a fish.
"No it isn't, you've got... what are those called again. Apes? Don't you?"
"Yes we have apes, but we don't eat them" Jack argued.
As the three argued Melody was in her own world. She saw a fish sinking to the bottom of the aquarium. She pulled off her clothes and grabbed goggles out of the bag her dad brought. She jumped in the water and dived to the bottom.
When Corbyn, Daniel and Jack heard a splash they looked up and stopped arguing.
"She didn't fell into the water did she" Jack asked not so sure.
"Oh god" Daniel panicked.
Corbyn immediately dove underwater. He saw the little girl almost at the bottom of the aquarium. He quickly swam towards her and grabbed her arms. Together they swam back to the surface, that took only a few seconds as Corbyn had a tail.
Melody giggled when her head was above the water "That was fun". Corbyn had a slight smile on his face but that all changed when he saw Daniel's stern face.
"Young lady, don't you ever scare me like that again' said Daniel angrily. "I thought you had falling into the water".
"Sorry daddy" apologized Melody with a playful smile on her face. "I only wanted to get this fish for corbyn" she said while opening her hand.
"That's sweet bubble but next time tell us your going in." said Corbyn and started to tickle her. Melody giggled loudly.
Daniel felt his heart flutter when Corbyn called her bubble and hear his daughters giggles.
"Daddy you promised me to swim with me, can you come in now?"
"If you want to swim Daniel now is your moment, only 20 minutes till the opening" said Jack. "Speaking of opening I have still a lot of stuff to do. I'll come back in 20 minutes." With that said he left the room.
Daniel sighed and undressed till he was left in his trunks, showing if his pregnant body. He dibbed his feet slowly in the water before lowering his whole body into the water. It was surprisingly warm.
Daniel quickly move with his arm and legs trying not to drown. It's been a while. Daniel never had time to go to the beach or to the swim pool because he was a fulltime dad now.
He felt to hand on his waist. Sparked flooded trough his body. He turned around meeting the green eyes.
"Hi"
Daniel didn't answer he only blushed. Before squeaking when he submerged.
"Relax Dani, I've got you"
Corbyn moved Daniel's arms around his neck. And placed his hand back on his waist.
Daniel let out a breath. It's been a while since he was this close to a man.
For some reason he trusted Corbyn although he didn't know much about the merman.
"Let's play twenty questions" proposed Daniel.
"What's that" asked Corbyn. He'd never heard of that game before. Probably because it's a human game.
"We take turns and ask each other questions" explained Daniel.
"That seems fun... I guess."
Daniel laughed "It doesn't sound very spectacular, does it. I promise it will be fun."
"Okay... you start?" asked Corbyn still not sure what he has to expect.
"Yeah... let me think. What is your favorite food?" asked Daniel.
"So let me get this clear, you see a merman. You don't know anything about him. And you ask for his favorite food" laughed Corbyn.
"Yeah, why not. Food is life."
Corbyn chuckled, "That's true, I love the kelp-fish dish that my mom makes."
Daniel stared at him, his mound wide open. He scrunched his nose. "Kelp-fish dish, that sounds disgusting."
"But it isn't, I think humans call it sushi. But I'm not sure."
"Now you ask me a question."
"Let me think. What do I want to know about a hot pregnant human male?"
Daniels cheeks turned a bright red shade. He hid his head in Corbyns neck. Which made Corbyn chuckle.
"How do you even get pregnant? Human man and merman are not supposed to get pregnant."
Daniel sighed, this was going to be a long explanation.
"Here goes nothing I guess. It all started when my mom met my dad, they fell on love and they had me. But my mom wasn't pregnant of only me. She was pregnant of twins. Everything seemed to be fine but at five months my parents discovered that my sister wasn't growing. She still had the size of a one month old fetus. Unlike me. I was the normal size.
I guess the cells from my sister started killing themselves because my body took up all the space. My body adopted the last cells my sister had left, which leads to me having both sex organs.
So I'm able to carry a baby like a woman and make a woman pregnant like a man. It's weird."
"Wow... I didn't expect that. What does that make you? A boy or a girl...?" asked Corbyn. He slowly moved one of his hands to Daniels bump.
"I look like a boy, I see myself as a boy. But I guess I'm a sort transgender." Said Daniel as he looked down to Corbyns hand. A little smile formed on his face.
"I understand, that must be hard while growing up" said Corbyn not knowing what impact the question would have.
Daniel nodded, the smile on his face disappeared.
"It was indeed, scientist wanted to experiment with me. I had to go to the doctor a lot. Nobody knew what a cold would do to my body. It's really unusual to adopt cells for any living creature. My parents did everything in their power to give me a good childhood. I was able to change in different rooms for P.E. It worked in primary school and in middle school but high school was different. People found out, made fun of me. I hated it, I hated my body until Jonah..." Daniel began to sob.
Corbyn held him close, he felt so bad for him. He wasn't planning on letting go soon. This boy barely a man was such a special yet beautiful human, he could never let him go. He wished he was there al those hard years.
In the small time the merman knew the human he fell in love with him. The boy in his arms seemed to be taking over all his thoughts. And he didn't minded it a bit.
"Why is daddy crying?"
"About nothing you should worry about bubble. Come here." Corbyn stretched his arm out and hugged the girl sideways and kissed her head.
Melody giggled loudly, which made Daniel smile a bit. He too moved his arm from Corbyns neck to wrap it around his daughter.
That's how they floated a while. Together.
Jack watched the three with a smile when he came back in the room. He saw one perfect family.

Daniel picked up his phone that was ringing for over a minute now. He left his phone downstairs. He was almost 9 months pregnant and moving around was getting harder and harder.
"Hi jack, what's up..."
Daniel had to move his phone away from his ear. Jack was screaming very loudly.
"Daniel... Daniel can you hear me!"
Daniel sighed. "Yes I can... now you are speaking at a normal level."
Jack on the other side of the line grabbed his hair. He was clearly panicking. "I was just telling you about scientist. They want to buy Corbyn... I- we can't let that happen."
"Why didn't you say that immediately, I'm on my way, how are we going to solve this...? asked Daniel. He grabbed his bag with the stuff he needed if he went in to labor. Before grabbing his car keys.
Jack groaned, that was the first thing he said. "I don't know, we can bring him to my house. But I doubt if he will survive in a bathtub" said Jack.
"No he won't we need seawater for that, there is also seawater in his aquarium. He is from the pacific ocean right?"
"Yeah, why? What are you planning Daniel" asked Jack while biting his nails. He knew what happened to his best friend after all those experiments on his body. He doesn't want that to happen to Corbyn.
"I have a little bay near by my house, if we could bring him there. He could swim home." Daniel didn't want to think about Corbyn leaving. He grew attached to the merman. But there was no other option.
"Oh that's a good idea but how do we get him there? Can you even drive till the bay?"
"I have a inflatable pool, It's not to big but big enough. Maybe we can fill it up with water in de back of your truck."
"I don't know if that's a good idea, but it's the best we have. If you bring your pool we can drive to the bay in my break and fill the pool with water." proposed Jack.
"Good idea, I'm on my way"
"See you soon." and with that Jack hung up.

"Corbyn, Corbyn" yelled melody when she entered the big aquarium.
It took some time before a few bubbles were seen. Corbyn smiled at the sight of the hyper little girl. He got closer to Melody in the few months that had passed. She was almost like a daughter to him. She even once called him papa accidentally.
Corbyn wished he could be her dad but that was difficult with him living in the sea and Daniel and Melody on land. And besides that it was totally up to Daniel.
"Hi bubble, where is your daddy?" greeted Corbyn the little girl.
"Right here" he heard Daniel say while pushing open the heavy door to the aquarium. His bump looked huge. That must be uncomfortable.
You could see sparkles in Corbyn's eyes when Daniel walked in. The Merman liked him very much but Daniel was hesitant.
His past relationship didn't end well and trusting another man was hard. But it was slowly getting easier, his daughter adored him. that was the most important thing to Daniel.
Corbyn pushed himself quickly out of the water and helped Daniel sit down.
"How is she doing" he asked while laying his hand on top of Daniel's bump.
"She is a lovely pain in the ass" Daniel said while smiling. "She's been kicking a lot lately, and giving me sleepless nights because I had a few practice contractions. But besides that she is a little angel."
A comfortable silence fell, both had a content smile on their face.
"I filled the swim pool with water Daniel" said Jack when he walked inside.
Daniel nodded and looked at his phone only six hours to go.

Only four hours passed, Melody and Daniel stayed at the museum all day. Jack didn't closed the wall between the 'feeding area' and 'the museum area' so Corbyn could talk to them every now and then.
Corbyn knew too that if he didn't show up in front of the people the manager of the museum would notice. The doors would be closed and he wouldn't be able to speak to Daniel and Melody. So he stayed underwater looking at large amount of people that came to see him.
"Corbyn" Corbyn heard melody scream. That couldn't be any good
He quickly swam back to the 'feeding area'. He saw Daniel resting his hand on his bump with a pained face. He bit his lip to stop any sounds from coming out. Melody stood next to his father
"What's wrong?" Asked the panicking Corbyn.
"It's just a practice contraction" said Daniel trough his teeth before letting a light scream escape his lips.
"Are you sure this is isn't a real contraction" asked Corbyns worriedly. The boy looked in so much pain.
"Yes" said Daniel in a small voice.
Corbyn frowned but believed him, he's been pregnant before. He probably knows when it's a real contraction.
Daniel took a few deep breaths after the pain was gone. He felt two little arms trying to wrap around his waist. "Are you okay daddy?"
Daniel smiled "Yes honey, I'm okay" he crouched down to her level and kissed her head.
Unfortunately it wasn't the last contraction that afternoon. Daniel had four of them to be exact.
Daniel was scared he was going to have the baby today. This really wasn't the right moment.
Daniel was standing next to Jack's car tying to buckle up the sleeping melody.
It was time to set Corbyn free. Jack made up a story so he could be longer in the museum. Jack has always been a good worker, the manager trusted him.
Right when he wanted to place her in her car seat a sharp pain went through his body again. He almost dropped his daughter.
Jack saw it happening and ran towards Daniel. "Daniel, Daniel are you okay?" He asked.
Daniel couldn't speak. He bit his lip trying not to scream out in pain. He didn't want to wake up Melody.
Jack rubbed his back slowly, he was extremely worries about his friend. He knew his body wasn't 100% built from having children. The doctor told him Daniels pregnancy hurts twice as much as a normal pregnancy.
He is still a guy after all.
Daniel relaxed knowing his friend was next to him and would accompany him with every step he took. "Let's just get Corbyn, I want to this to be over as quick as it can. I'm not feeling like having the baby while we're driving."
Jack nodded "I'm probably not able to carry him on my own, you think you can help."
They walked back into the museum. When they arrived at the aquarium Corbyn was already waiting for them. "It's time, isn't it?"
"Yes it is" answered Jack Corbyn's question.
Corbyn was nervous, he couldn't live long outside the water. He also was scared he was too heavy for them. He may not look heavy but his tail wasn't light for sure.
"Daniel you carry his upper body I'll do his tail" said Jack.
Daniel nodded and waited for Corbyn to get out of the Aquarium.
Corbyn lifter himself on the raster. Daniel hooker his arms under Corbyn's armpits. It felt weird being close to him in this way. Jack lifted his tail. He groaned "never thought your tail would weight this much".
Corbyn sent him a worried smile. "Just hurry, I feel my skin drying."
Making their way back to the car was scary. Daniel had to walk backwards down the stairs. He was so scared for having another practice contraction. But luckily it never happened.
While Corbyn was trying not to freak out. Felling his body getting more dry every second was scary. He had no idea how long he could survive out if the water. At least it was long enough to get the car.
"Sorry Corbs, we really need to cover you up. Not everyone drives around with a merman in a car" said Daniel.
Corbyn laughed, "I understand, now let's get going."
Jack stared the car while Daniel let himself slowly sit down in the passenger's seat.
"You okay?"
Daniel nodded and they drove off.

"AHHHHHH" screamed Daniel as he again had a practice contraction. This one was far worse than the others.
He felt a liquid flowing down his legs.
"J-jack?" Asked Daniel quietly.
"Your water broke didn't it?"
Daniel nodded and sobbed as a real contraction hit him.
"Oh god, we can't go to the hospital. We have Corbyn in the back, we can't leave him like this" panicked Jack.
"It's okay Jack, I'll find a way. It's not like I can have the baby already. You know it took me a long time with Melody".
"Are you sure Daniel?" Jack was really scared, what if they didn't make it on time back to the hospital after they dropped Corbyn.
"Yes I'm 110% sure."

"We're here, I can't go any further than this" said jack as he turned of the motor.
They stepped outside and walked to the back.
"What was that scream, was that you Daniel are you okay?" panicked Corbyn.
"My water broke."
"THEN WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE, YOU NEED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL."
Daniel felt like crying when Corbyn screamed at him like that.
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to upset you i just- i want to see a healthy baby Daniel. I don't care what happens to me. I'm fine just as long as you are."
Daniel smiled a little when Corbyn wiped away that one tear that had escaped his eye.
"I think the same Corbyn, I don't care what happens to me as long as you are fine"
"Are you ready to go back to your family Corbyn?" asked Jack.
Corbyn nodded slowly. The truth is, he didn't want to leave yet. He really enjoyed the company of the three. Corbyn wanted to be Melody's second dad. He fell in love with that bright cookie. He wanted to be there for Daniel during his labor. Corbyn wanted to be with Jack when he finally finds his true love.
"Daniel I can try to lift him on my own, i don't need help."
"I want to help, I'm pregnant not disabled" said Daniel sassily. But al his confidence vanished when he, again, had a contraction.
Daniel swore a few times while fully leaning against the car.
"This is what I meant Daniel" said Corbyn.
"I know, but I still don't care" answer Daniel after the pain went away a little.
"Please Daniel let only jack lift me, I don't even think you're allowed to lift heavy stuff" said Corbyn.
"Alright, but if you need help I'm here" said Daniel.
Jack nodded and lifted Corbyn out of the car.
He slowly stumbled toward the bay. He was trying not to fall, but keeping his balance with a merman in his arms was very hard.
Daniel walked next to Jack, melody in his arms. He still felt some pain but ignored it.
It took five minutes to get to get to the bay.
It may look fast but not for Corbyn. His skin looked like rough plastic. The shine was gone, no hydrated place left.
Jack slowly lowered him into the water. Jack himself didn't get into the water meaning only Corbyn's forearms were underwater.
Corbyn let out a sigh, feeling his skin become soft and smooth again.
Jack sat on one of the rocks near the coastline, breathing heavily. One minute more and his arms would have given out.
"Thanks Jack" said Corbyn quietly.
Jack sent a smile back but his smile faded after seeing Daniel's face.
"Oh god I can feel another one coming " mumbled Daniel.
Daniel quickly gave melody to Jack before falling to the ground, sobbing in pain.
Corbyn looked at him worried, "You really need to get him to the hospital Jack"
"Daniel can you stand?" asked Jack hoping his friend could.
Daniel tried to stand up but failed. He let out another sob. " I-I can't, h-hurts to move"
"What are we going to do?" asked Jack in full panic mode. He was breathing heavily, his best friend was having a baby, there was no way he could lead him trough that. He didn't have the knowledge he needed.
"I might have an idea" said Corbyn after a minute of thinking. "I can get my mom, she used to be a human before she met my dad. Neptune gave her a tail because he saw true love between my mom and my dad. And my dad was born with a rainbow tail which means he was the next leader of the pod, so he couldn't go anywhere. She used to be a doctor and just like me she has healing powers. Maybe she can help."
"That sounds good, how long will it take?" said Jack. Thinking it probably was the best chance for Daniel giving birth to a healthy baby.
"Normally it takes me an hour to get to my pod, but if I speed-swim it may take me thirty minutes." Corbyn at this moment wished he was born with super speed. If he had that it would only take him ten minutes
"Than go, we need all the time we can get." mumbled Jack while letting his fingers go through Daniel's hair.
Corbyn nodded, he took Daniel's hand. Daniel looked up at him trough hooded eyes. Daniel looked so unhealthy pale. "I'll be back my love" he whispered before leaving a kiss on top of his hand.
Corbyn turned himself around and pulled himself into deeper water.
Before he dove underwater he heard a week voice that belonged to Daniel say "be careful".
Corbyn smiled before answering a soft "I will"

I wanted to end it in this chapter but that would be too much. I'm already at 5521 words. This was long overdue because I'm working on way to much at the same time. But I'm planning some cool stuff so stay tuned.
I really don't know what to say or think right now with everything going on in the world. It's a bit overwhelming.
I also didn't check on grammar mistakes, sorry if there were a lot of them.
