{This one is also about Hello Neighbor, specifically the relationship between Aaron and his father, Theodore Peterson.}
I can't control this hated curse,
The only thing that matters now
Is to protect them from me,
Because I know I only make it worse.
I stopped fighting voices in my head
That tell me I'm not enough,
To make you proud was all I ever wanted.
But I know I will never measure up;
You treat me like the plague,
I gave all I had for us,
But a sorry excuse for a son
Can only bring a father to shame.
Answer the riddle, dad, it's not hard,
What am I?
