Thomas sat on the couch trying to control his breathing. He looked around the room slowly taking every thing in as he went. After a few more rounds of the 4,7,8 method, he was calm enough to think some.

In a flash all of Thomas' sides appeared in their respectful spots. Virgil on the stairs, Logan by the banister, Roman in front of the TV, Remus behind the TV, Patton in front of the blinds, and Deceit at the table behind the couch. They all looked around in a panic.

"Wait...where's Thomas?" Roman asked with his hands on his hips.

"Well if he summoned us he has to be here."Patton thought for a second. "Maybe this is a game of hide'n'seek."

Logan shook his head and adjusted his glasses. "That cant be. He's much to tall to hide anywhere in this room."

Virgil started to panic a little before Remus perked up pointing over the TV, almost knocking it over. "Wait guys! Look on the couch!"The others looked but didnt really see anything before looking back at Remus. "He's right there."

"That's ridiculous if he was-" Logan began before being cut off.

"Actually, Remus isn't wrong." Deceit replied leaning over the couch and looking down.

Thomas had panicked as soon as he saw the others appear so he did his best to hide on the couch. But after hearing Deceits voice above, he looked up at the half snake side. His heart began to beat quickly with fear. He knew none of them would hurt him, but everything rang red flags.

Virgil was the first to move sensing Thomas' increasing anxiety. He slowly moved to sit in front of the couch with his legs crossed. "Thomas..." he spoke as softly and quiet as he could. "It's okay I promise. We won't hurt you."

Patton slowly walked over sitting on the cushion next to Thomas'. He was currently more concerned about his hosts well being then how cute he was at this height.

Logan stood in complete shock before walking over next to Deceit with Remus and Roman following foot. "This is amazing. A scientific break though. How do you feel-"

"This isn't time for one of your experiencments nerd boy." Roman interfered glaring at the logic side.

Logan rolled his eyes. "If it was an experiment I would have my notebook and pen with me. I'm actually generally concerned for his well being in the simple fact that he's only 4 inches tall."

Thomas looked between them all before starting up at Deceit whose eyes never left him. He reached a single hand up before Deceit reached down and gently picked his host up into his hand and held him against his chest just as an argument broke out.

Deceit was quick to silence all of them. "As much as I would love to watch you all year each other apart we have a more sssserious problem at hand." Everyone went quiet. The only time Deceit didn't speak in lies was when he was being dead on serious. "We need to figure out what happened here and how to fix it. Now Thomassss do you remember anything that may point to why thissss hasss happened."

Thomas smiled up at the lieful side thankfully. " No sadly I don't. I just laid down for a break from editing and I guess I fell asleep. When I woke up I was like this."

The sides looked among each other before coming to the conclusion. They would be in charge of watching over Thomas till they find out what happened and how to fix it.

That night all the sides slept on the living room floor with a box full of blankets, that held the now shrunken Thomas in it, in the middle.
