Tau jumps up from the bed in his hotel room and soothes his pounding headache. Looking around his room, Tau thinks, What happened? My head is killing me! His memory slowly returns. Ugh. That guy must've been the Fire Dragon. I gotta stay away from him. He quickly checks his wallet and sees his money is still there. He sighs in relief as he glimpses at his family picture in his wallet. "I'll find you soon, Tendai. I will!
Tau checks his watch which read 2:30 pm. Maybe I can use this time to do some research at their library.
Meanwhile, at Ezekiel's hotel room.
Elijah knocks on his brother's hotel door asking, "Hey you okay in there, Dirty Dan?"
Ezekiel soothes his headache with his hand as he walks up to the door. "Yeah, I'm fine. Hey, did you know the Water Lion was here?"
"I heard rumors, but I guess they were true. John told me what happened to you earlier. How are you feeling?"
Ezekiel grabs some of his belongings as he answers, "I'm fine really. After we made eye contact, I pretty much blacked out and next thing I know, I woke up here. The only other time I blacked out like that was..."
Elijah finishes his statement, "With our parents, right?"
Voice filled with sorrow, Ezekiel replies, "Yeah, it was."
Elijah enters the room and picks up Ezekiel's cowboy hat as he proceeds to hand it to him. Giving him an encouraging smile, Elijah says, "C'mon, let's go get some funnel cakes, sheriff."
Ezekiel laughs, "As long as you're paying!"
"Let's not get ahead of ourselves here."
Ezekiel pauses to ask, "Eli...why are you wearing that hat and jacket? You look weird." Two people who look identical to Elijah and Ezekiel appear behind his brother. "And why are there clones here?"
Elijah laughs, "Oh you'll see."
A few moments later, they walk into the carnival area and get in line at a concession stand while their clones stand a few yards away in another line. All the sudden, a herd of young women come desperately rushing towards Elijah and Ezekiel. However, the clones begin to fade away as though being blown with the wind, and the ladies soon realize that they've been tricked. Meanwhile Ezekiel nudges his brother on the arm saying, "Wow, I knew you were a lady's man, Eli, but I didn't know it was this bad."
"Dude, you have no idea. Almost every time I go to an event, I have to wear a disguise."
"Well when you get a girlfriend or a wife, they'll back off of you right?"
A man standing behind them whispers, "Sadly, that is not the case." They turn around to see a black man wearing a hat and shades accompanying a gorgeous African-American, pregnant woman.
Elijah turns around to recognize his fellow companion and superior. "Titus, is that you?"
Titus puts his finger over his mouth. "Shh, what's the point of wearing a disguise if you tell everyone?"
Elijah chuckles, "Hey Rebekah, how are you and the little one doing?"
She swipes her hair responding, "We are doing great. Thanks for asking."
Titus notices Ezekiel's unusual outfit, eying the snakeskin boots and a ten gallon tan cowboy hat with concern. "Elijah, who's this kid?"
"Unfortunately, this is my little brother I've told you about. His name is Ezekiel."
Ezekiel greets, "Hey, what do you mean 'unfortunately?"
Titus asks, "Why are you wearing that?"
"Because I like how it looks."
Elijah quickly notices that Titus is about to make fun of him as Titus's eyes and nose begin to flare and his hand rises to shun Ezekiel. In a desperate attempt to save his brother's pride, he obnoxiously yells to the top of his lungs, "Captain Titus Peterson, is that you?"
Suddenly, the same herd of women who were looking for Elijah, rush to Titus and drag him away. Rebekah sighs, "Well played, Eli, well played. I guess I better go get my husband." She walks towards the herd carrying Titus away. "Hey! Y'all put my husband down!"
Ezekiel asks, "Why did you do that?"
Elijah laughs, "Thank me later."

While everyone else enjoys their afternoon, Tau is in the military public library. This library is open to the soldiers and certain qualified civilians. Since Tau is already approved entrance into the academy, he is a legal soldier of the country. He gathers some documents and is diligent in his studies to find out more information about his family's murderer and his sister's kidnapper. However, Tau can't seem to open the case file, and for a couple of hours, attempts to research other materials related to kidnappings. After a few wasted hours, Tau glances at closed case file as he ponders, I don't know how useful this could be. I already know everything that happened. A large vehicle hit us that killed both of my parents, but me and my sister survived, and they never found her body. He sees all of the other documents that ended in loose ends. "Well, I got nothing else to lose." He opens it up to read about his family's car crash.
The document read, "After doing an autopsy on both Tadeas and Dakini Tokuta, it is concluded that they didn't die due to the collision, but were deliberately murdered. Sharp punctures were found in both of their hearts, seemingly caused by a sword-like weapon that was delivered after the impact. We believe the accident was a decoy and is clear intention of foul play as the goal of the crime was to assassinate Tadeas and Dakini Tokuta. We believe Tau Tokuta survived due to him being unconscious immediately after impact, causing him to appear deceased to the assassin. It is difficult to conclude whether Tendai Tokuta is alive or deceased. For now, the assailant and Tendai Tokuta are still missing, but this investigation is now under the jurisdiction of the United Nations of Africa."
Tau is started by the report. "I thought that they died on impact? Wait, let's backtrack here. The woman that I killed 7 years ago was one of the scientists that placed a hit out on my family, but they couldn't have killed my parents if they were still alive. They were halfway across the world during that hour and even if they were there, they possessed no special abilities, so they wouldn't stand a chance."
He continues to look through the files to finally see a blurry picture of the incident. He glares closely at the image for even the smallest of clues until he spots an unusual figure deep in the background. He rushes toward the computer and scans it to get a better look. Clearing up the image to the best of his ability, he's baffled by his findings. He sees a regular sized man wearing a full-body, gray suit with a hooded cloak but facing directly toward the camera. The intimidation of the man captures his soul as he feels the darkest hatred, despair, and fear striking his body. Overwhelmed by the image, he quickly closes turns off the computer. Who was he? Could he have killed my parents and taken Tendai? He quickly begins to pack up his research. "God please let her be alive!"
