Kaede and I walk to school together while holding hands and then we finally arrive. Kaede pins me to my locker and is about to kiss me but Mokoto walks in and says Kaede's name

Mokoto: DAISUKE!!

Daisuke: aww shi, be right back Masuki. You can head to class if you want

Masuki: yea sure...

What was that all about...

~ Daisuke's POV ~

He saw. He definitely saw that. Why did he have to walk in as soon as that happened, good thing I didn't kiss her

Mokoto: WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU, YOU KNOW I LIKE MASUKI..

Daisuke: I know, that was wrong

Mokoto: good thing I stopped you dead in your tracks

Daisuke: it won't happen again.

I walk away feeling guilty. It's not fair, I like Masuki too, I can never do anything I actually want to do with Masuki... He acts like he owns her but they aren't even talking right now. I know if they start talking again, she's gonna start liking him again.

~ Masuki's POV ~

I'm in Chemistry and the teacher assigns a class project and I'm so nervous I literally don't know anyone in this class. The teacher pairs me with someone named Kazumi and then I see him from across the room

He was staring right at me, he starts to walk to my desk

Kazumi: I guess I'm your partner

Masuki: yep

Kazumi: so I already started thinking of some ideas for our project. But there has to be some boundaries

Masuki: um ok

Kazumi: first, you can't come to my house and I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be allowed in yours, so we are going to be working on our project outdoors.

Masuki: you can come to my house, my dad allows it

Kazumi: ok then. Second, I'm not going to be the only one working on this project, this is supposed to be team work, not individual work, if the teacher only wanted one person in the team to work on the project, she wouldn't have assigned teams in the first place.

Masuki: yea of course, why would I have you work on the project alone? I of course wanna help out.

Kazumi: ... ok and third, sometimes I can't leave my house so your gonna have to have the project with you at all times. And when I can't leave my house, facetime me so that I can know what you are adding to the project and you can ask for my input.

Masuki: ok

Kazumi: ok here is my number

Kazumi writes down his number so fast and gives it to me

Kazumi: call me when you get home so we can discuss some ideas for our project.

Masuki: ok but it isn't time to leave-

the bell rings and it is time for lunch. I walk to the lunch room and sit at a table by myself. Then Mokoto comes up to me

Mokoto: hey Masuki..

Masuki: ...

Mokoto: when are you just going to forgive me. I apologized multiple times.

Masuki: fine..

Mokoto: really..

Masuki: yea sure. I accept your apology

Mokoto: yay, I missed you so much baby cakes
