I wake up in a ditch my hole body hurts I'm brused and cut. I remember what happened. It was awful. I want to take a shower I want to peel the skin off me after what happened. I didn't realize I had started getting up. I have to get home. I recognize the area so I start walking.
I've been walking a while when I hear a car behind me. I frantically look around and try to cover myself. It didn't work well. The car skids to a stop. I pray with all I have left in me.
"Alissa?" a cunserned questioning voice says. I turned and Daniel is in the passenger side of the car. I feel tears stream down my face.
"Thank goodness we found you." he gets out and walks to me. "It will be ok." he says after I flinch away from him. Slowly I let him reach for me. He softly helps me get into the car. And we drive off.
I'm laying on the couch. The boys are in different chares in front of me. No one has said anything yet.
"What happened." Jonah asks.
I look down and I think everyone got the message.
"I couldn't get away because of the stupid leg." I try to lift it up to slam it down, but I'm not strong enough. We're all in silence tell I brake it. "I don't wanna be here, on land." I add. "When I'm in the water I have none of these problems. No ones after me, I'm not weak, and I'm not disabled."
"No you have to stay here with us." Zack says. All the boys have tears in there eyes.
"No one will notice I'm gone. I don't have any other friends."
"We will notice and what about your family?"
"My parents died in a car crash witch is how I got this." I say referring to my leg. " my gramma is all I have left and she will be better without me."
"But what about us?" Jack asks.
"You guys will be ok. You'll get over it."
"No we won't." Zack says he's voice braking.
"Please I need to be free." I say.
"We will go with you." Corbyn trys.
"No you have so much to stay for. I've heard you boys sing you will be great. I'll be ok. " I say. I slowly get up. I walk twords the water and they follow.
