First three chapters are UNEDITED. Please suck it up until the story gets better. I hope I will manage to edit the beginning pretty soon.
AUTHOR'S NOTE:
Hi everyone! This is an Eminem fanfiction, wrote originally by me. I decided to write a fanfic because I love him so much. He's a real life savior and this is my try to thank him. Also, another reason why I decided to write this story is to share my thoughts about Eminem. To kinda show you how I see him with my own eyes and from my own shoes and of course I hope you'll help me giving me a piece of your mind too. That's something I'd appreciate a lot.
The story takes place in 2001. The main roles are Sarah and Eminem. They kinda became my life. I hope these two will become a great part of your life too!
Girl on the picure (in media box) is Jena Dewan (Channing Tatum's wife), she's my inspiration for Sarah's look.I'll try to give as more parts of my imagination as possible but I'll also let you imagine something by yourselves.
I suggest you to read author's note before reading a chapter because it may help you to get some information about the story. I'll try to be as fast as possible with writing chapters. Please read, vote, comment or whatever! As much as I'm glad with positive ones, I'd deal with negative comments too. And finally thanks everyone for reading! Here's chapter 1, I hope you'll enjoy it! :) (I know it's short, it's just because it's the first one I promise)
And btw: I'm sorry if I make some grammar mistakes, English is not my first language! Please don't judge!
-------------------------------------------------------
I woke up in this morning exhausted! I was at some wild party with Amy last night. Before you even ask, yeah, I don't remember shit. I have no clue when I arrived home. Honestly, I was drunk as fuck. I rubbed my forehead in frustration. This just keeps happening.
I grabbed my phone from night table and realized it was 1 pm. Thank God it's Saturday so I don't have work today.
I work in a damn library which is luckily near my house. Detroit's library is not the best place to develop your social spirit. It's almost always empty. I have no comunication there except sometimes when collage kids come to study or old people come to give me some damn boaring life advice. But it's just my temporary job. At least I hope. I have never been interested in books but I ended up here somehow. I graduated for a lawyer a few months ago. Five fucking years of torturing for nothing! I was a great student, with good behavior and grades. But, as I live in 'D', I don't have a job of that kind. When I was younger my biggest wish was to become an actress. I'd always admired them. I remember when I used to actually go to drama lessons. It was something that I'd wait impatiently every week. I was pretty talented. My drama teacher always told me that I was born to be actress. Eventually I stopped going to acting classes since my parents weren't able to aford it anymore. But when they finally stood on their feet, or should I better say when my Dad raised money, it was pretty late, so I stopped dreaming about acting and focused on collage.
Becoming lawyer was my Dad's biggest wish. He was always telling me that that job is job for ladies with my attitude. When I gradueted he was extremly proud. I never regretted going to collage, even if I didn't succes completely and I have no lawyer job I did something that I could be proud of. I made my Daddy's biggest wish come true. My Dad passed away a year ago and I'm still not over it. I miss him like crazy! We had that really close father-daughter relationship. He was the best parent. Working day and night to make my life as better as possible. Everything I learned, I learned from him. I felt like I could tell him everything and he would support me no matter what. I guess he was the most important figure in my life.
I live in a pretty good apartmant at the down town Detroit that Dad bought me while I was on university. I live here alone, all by myself. My mom actually lives in Florida with her rich new boyfriend so I don't see her very often. I still don't get it how she forgot Dad so easily. Their marriage was stable I guess, of course they had little arguments there and there but nothing never happened that could separate them. Even tough she lives a new life now, I can't be mad at her 'cause she's my Ma.
When I'm not at work I usually spend my time with Shawn and Amy, my best friends. They are kinda the best thing that ever happened to me. They've been there for me through all difficultes in my life, never leaving me. I don't think I'll ever be able to thank them enough for everything!
I went to kitchen to grab a breakfast. I picked some eggs and bacon with fresh milk. I turned on my laptop to check news when I heard my phone ringing. I quickly ran to bedroom and took a phone from the bed. I pressed green button and brought phone closer to my ear. ''Hi baby!'' I heard very familiar voice. It was Amy.
''Good morning girl, what's up? You feeling good?'' I asked her with a short flashback of the previous night in my mind.
''Well I was drunk until a couple of hours ago so I know for better times.'' She said, I laughed. ''Yo, why are you laughing? You were drunker than me.'' She continued trying to sound serious.
''I know. If Shawn wasn't there, we would probably end up bouncing of someone's dick." I said matter of factly.
''Hey girl, that's not a vocab of a library worker'' She said teasing me. Amy has that habit to always remind me that I should be more polite since I work in a library. Well I am, but I can't be polite in front of her, it's just not natural.
''Shut up Amy'' I screamed over the phone.
''No seriously, we should stop act like we're in high school!' Now she did sound serious.
''What you mean?'' I asked.
''I mean stop hanging out on the streets, going to clubs, drink...-''
''Yeah I see your point!'' I said cutting her off.
''We're grown up now. Face it Sarah.''
''Speaking of growning up, isn't it my best friend's birthday for a couple of days?'' I said smiling.
''Ugh don't even remind me'' she sounded annoyed.
''Fine, so what do you wanna do today?''
''Actually I'm busy'' She said proudly.
''Busy doing what? I asked sarcastically.
''I have a date'' I could feel her grin.
''WHAT THE FUCK!!!! Why didn't you-" I screamed.
''Yo chill out girl, it's not a big deal.'' She said calmly.
''Of course it is! Who is he?'' I asked becoming annoyed with her being so mysterious.
''Hey I'll talk to you after a date and then I'll explain everything'' She said.
''Ughhh fine but don't you dare to forget calling me!'' I warned.
''Ok I won't. Now I gotta go and don't do anything stupid! Love you!''
''You know me, love you too!''
I hang up with a big ass smile across my face. I was so happy seeing Amy moving on after all the shit she has been trough during dating her ex. I sat on the couch and turned the TV on. I watched some random TV program when I took my phone again and dialed Shawn's number.
