Chapter 7: An Apology

Chris's POV

If I have to be honest, it's been really difficult staying away from both Chandler and Jimmy. I don't want to be mistaken for a homophobic guy, that's not the thing that bothers me in this case. It's the fact that both of my best friends lied to me for weeks. I would understand if it were an one night stand with a girl, but Jimmy chose to sleep with a friend and that can cause a lot of problems in our friend group. What I'd they got together and they broke up later on? That would affect all of us, not just them.
But I still feel like I've caused a lot of trouble myself. Lashing out was definitely not the right option. I didn't even think how everything would affect our YouTube channel. Our fans have been divided in those who support Jimmys 'relationship' and those who agree that it's not the right choice.

"Chris? What are you doing here alone?"
My wife asks as she walks in the room
"Don't worry honey, I just to think for some time. I'm okay"
I lied....
"Oh Chris, I know that you must feel really confused and betrayed by your friends. But please take the time to see things from their own perspective. As you know, both of your friends supported our relationship from the beginning" she tells me. And she completely right

I have to go apologize

Jimmy's POV

I have tried to contact Chandler, but he doesn't seem to want to talk with me. I have texted him, called him, even went by his house.... At this point there's nothing left to do.
I get a notification on my phone.

-Message from: Chandler-

I waste no time. I unlock my phone.

"Hey Jimmy"
"Chandler! Are you okay?"
"Yeah I guess, I just wanted to ask you something"
"Of course, ask away"

typing....

"Was I really that easy to get over?"

I don't know what to reply. How could he even think that I am over him? I've sent him dozens of messages saying how much I liked him.

"What do you mean Chandler???"
"Open the front door, I want to talk"

What is he talking about? I check the security camera footage and see him standing on the porch. I rush downstairs and open up.

"Chandler!" I pull him into a warm hug.
"I thought you were never going to talk to me ever again" I explain as a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders
"I saw you and Maddy together the other day"

Oh no. That's what he meant over that text. He must think I'm back together with her!

"Jimmy listen. I had decided to come back and be with you, but I don't want to be with someone who could so easily forget about me" he says
"Are you serious? You really think I'm over you? I have been trying to speak with you for weeks and you believe that I just forgot about you? Chandler don't you get that I fucking care about you?"

Stone silence. He seems shocked by my sudden angry tone.

"I thought you and Maddy were hugging because you got back together. I had no ideas about all of this"
"Haven't you checked your phone?!"
"I logged out of my social media accounts. Too much drama that I can't handle."

"Do you really love me?"
I freeze

"Look Chandy, I don't want to push you into something you're not ready for"
Candler drags me to the living room.

Next thing I know he wraps his hands around my shoulders and leans over for a kiss. Of course I don't resist.
I push him back onto the couch and get on top of him. Panting I take of my shirt and follows my lead.

"Oh hell no. I'm top this time" Chandler whispers in my ear and flips us around.

I could now now feel his breath on my neck as we both moaned for the sensation.
One thing lead to another and we end up repeating the night of my birthday.
