Chapter 24

another chapter dropped, yay! It's currently 2:41am in Australia right now and I had to finish up and publish this chapter.

I groaned out tiredly as I raise one of my hands up trying to cover the sun rays that were shinning through the curtain gaps.

Rubbing my eyes tiredly before slowly propping myself up using my elbows as I glanced around the room.

Realization hit me as I remembered everything that happened last night. My nostrils were hit by his strong scent as the sheets smelled like him.

'finally your awake' snow says giddily.

'we need to leave' I responded quickly.

'don't you dare' she scolds. 

Tucking my hair behind my ear as I got up and wrapped the white sheets around my naked body as I tip toed around the room trying to look for my clothes.

"Oh fuck" I mumbled as I face palmed myself knowing that my dress isn't wearable and also seeing that my panties were on the room floor ripped in two as well.

I opened the bedroom door slightly as my head popped out and saw that Raphael was no where in sight.

Walking towards the kitchen counter trying to push away the memories that were flooding my mind reminding me what had taken place there, I grabbed my purse and opened it.

Feeling relieved I grabbed my phone and notice that I had 8 miss calls and 10 text messages from Zeon, and also I saw that I had 2 miss calls from Derek.

Pressing the redial as I call Zeon.

"Holyshit Cia where are you? fuck I was so worried, I called Derek and he said that you left with Raphael" he states while rambling.

"I'm okay Zeon, I think i'm in some sort of a complex apartment. Not sure where but can you try to see where my location is" I said over the phone.

"Where is Raphael, tell him to drop you off?" he says.

"Zeon just please do it!" I exclaimed.

"I got your location, I'll be there in the next ten minutes" he says as I mentally felt relieved.

"Can you also bring me some clothes" I asks awkwardly before hearing Zeon laugh.

"Why?" he asked weirdly. 

"Please Zeon just bring them" I begged before hanging up avoiding him bombarding me with questions.

fuck i'm so screwed..

I looked around and saw a note on the fridge, quickly examining it I saw that it was note from Raphael himself.

I'm sorry for leaving, I couldn't find myself to wake you up as you look so peaceful and I figured you deserved some rest after last night ;) I just have a meeting with Liam, I will be back!

I rolled my eyes at how big his ego must have been after he wrote that sentence.

As much as my heart strings pulled a bit from the note he left me and what happened between us last night, I couldn't help as I was having an inner battle with myself because for one I couldn't stop thinking about him and the other I couldn't fully forgive him.

In other words, I have just made things even more complicated as the emotions I had buried for so long have resurfaced. As much as I try to avoid it, my heart still yearns for him.
