After the good news about the engagement, it's time to start planning for their wedding.
Marinette: Thanks again for helping me plan my wedding.
Alya: No sweat, girl. As your best friend and maid of honor, I'll help you out on your special day.
Marinette: Thank you. I want to get my dress fitted, get to the cake tasting, have some flowers picked out, and pick a venue for the reception.
Alya: We'll get it all done for you.
Marinette: Hope so. I want to try out a bridal dress shop for the dress.
Alya: My mom said there's a nice bridal shop that has all kinds of dresses, we should swing by there.
Marinette: Okay. We could do the cake tasting at my parents' bakery.
Alya: I always forget they do catering.
Marinette: Seriously?!
Alya: Sue me for not knowing it.
Marinette: I'm thinking of the bridesmaid dresses: a crystal blue dress with a light blue sequin silk belt, and pink and purple flower pins, close to the belt.
Alya: That's nice right there.
Marinette: And for the flowers, white and yellow roses.
Alya: Beautiful. Where would the venue be at?
Marinette: I'm thinking of either a beach wedding or a church wedding.
Alya: I hear the beach weddings are nice. That's where Nino and I got married.
Marinette: It is. I'll have to get Luka's opinion on where it's the best.
Alya: Okay. So what about your bridal shower and your bachelorette party? Those things have to happen before your wedding day.
Marinette: I haven't thought of those.
Alya: Don't worry. The girls and I will help with that.
Marinette: Cool. Think everything is all set. Just have to make a few calls first.
Alya: Good luck with that. I gotta get going. But remember, I want all of the details about your outing.
Marinette: You will. *Alya leaves Marinette's house and heads home herself. Tikki hovers next to Marinette. *
Tikki: You must be excited about this, Marinette.
Marinette: Yeah. I am. But I still have to do something for all of this. *She gets her phone out and calls a bridal dress shop. * Hello? Hi, this is Marinette Dupain-Cheng, I'm calling for a wedding dress fitting for my wedding. Thank you. Is noon okay? Okay. I'll be there tomorrow. *She hung up. * The dress is approved. Just gotta try it tomorrow. 'And nothing will ever ruin it. Or nobody.'
