Soon, Luka stopped at the apartment, got his phone out, and called Marinette again. Inside, Marinette answers her phone.
Marinette: Yeah?
Luka: Hey, I'm outside of the building, what room are you in?
Marinette: B7.
Luka: Alright. *He hung up and went inside the building, headed to floor B, and stopped at the door.* Plagg, can you go through the keyhole and open the door for me?
Plagg: Sure thing. *He went in the keyhole, and opened the door, then Luka and Sass went in the room and Plagg came out, and Luka closed the door. *
Luka: Babe? Where are you?
Marinette: In the bathroom.
Luka: Hold on, I'm coming. *He puts his stuff down and Plagg and Sass stay put with Tikki, Luka goes to the bathroom, and he sees Marinette sitting on the toilet lid.* What happened to your foot?
Marinette: I stepped on some broken glass when my window broke.
Luka: Who broke your window?
Marinette: Tikki said that Lila did it. Did you see her when you came here?
Luka: No, I didn't see her. Let me see. *He gets a closer look at her foot. *
Marinette: Ow. Careful.
Luka: It doesn't look too bad. Just a small cut. I think I can get it out. *He gets a pair of tweezers, then gently pulls the glass out of her foot, and he gets it out. * Got it out, let me just clean up the cut. *He gets a wet cloth and applies it to the cut. *

Marinette: Please be gentle.
Luka: I'm trying to. I'm gonna use a little bit of rubbing alcohol so the cut won't get infected. Now this may burn a little, but just bear through it, okay?
Marinette: O-okay. *He finishes washing off the blood, he then uses rubbing alcohol and gently dips some on the cut, Marinette exclaims. * Ow!

Luka: It's okay. I'm almost done, just hold on. *He then gets a bandage wrap and wraps it around her foot. * There. You're all better.

Marinette: Hhhha. Thank you.
Luka: Come on. I'll help you get to bed. *He carried her bridal style to the bed and he slept next to her, Sass went to the lamp and turned the light off too, and everybody went to sleep. Soon, 3 hours have come and so far, everything is okay. Marinette moaned a little bit and Luka woke and watched her too. * Marinette, you okay?

Marinette: Huh?
Luka: you were moaning in your sleep.
Marinette: I was?
Luka: Yeah. Come here. *Marinette hugs Luka, she feels warm and safe with him. He kisses her on the forehead and they both fall asleep. *
