Chapter 13. The mission.

Izuku and his classmates made it through the exam, they all got their licenses as they all did very good against the villain attack. They also fended off Bakugo, however Izuku's hand palm was burned but he didn't tell anyone. However he didn't think about someone else when he tried to hide it.

After they all came back to UA, Nezu, the teachers and the big three were waiting for them in anticipation. "So, how did it go?" Mic asked as they all cheered and held their licenses up in the air with a cheer.

"I'm proud of each and everyone of you" Nezu stated. "Going for a license in just your first year! not many people do that, and you even had the disadvantage UA Always has, since everyone watches the sports festival" Snipe said.

"I heard the league of villains showed up though, did everything go alright?" Midnight asked. "Yeah, Thanks to Todoroki and Izuku, together with 2 other students. the task was to rescue victims out of the area, and also deal with villains, but then real ones showed up, Izuku and someone from ketsubutsu academy managed to stop them and make sure the first aid station got placed somewhere else, Izuku did specially good, he fended off multiple Nomu's, aswell as keep the other students save.... he even pushed Bakugo back who's destructive power has increased." Aizawa explained.

"So how did that go? Bakugo was already strong as it is, but if his destructive force got more powerfull then he should be really dangerous now" Nezu stated. However Izuku hesitated to respond. "Somehow he was weaker then he was at UA, sure he might have gotten a boost on destructive power, but his attacks had no resolve in them, it was almost like just blowing off steam or just randomly attacking" Izuku stated as he scratched his head. There was a small shock through his body from the pain as he scratched his head with his burned hand.

" However, it isn't thanks to me. Bakugo wanted to continue, the person that actually stopped everything is... Gaia" Izuku stated as they gasped. "Gaia showed up there of all places?" Midnight asked. "Well yeah he did, but he didn't fight he just told Bakugo that i am his to kill" Izuku stated.

"I see, well you should all go back to your dorm, it's already late and i bet you're all tired from today" Nezu explained with a smile. Everyone decided to talk some more, however Izuku just walked back to the dorm. "Wait for me!" Nejire shouted as she ran after him. "Everything alright?" Nejire asked.

"I don't know, everything is just so weird Bakugo was supposed to be a friend and a hero, but he's a villain now and is even responsible for my mother's death. Meanwhile Gaia is supposed to be our enemy but has stopped the villains, and helped me a few times now, it's all so confusing" Izuku said as he just walked to his dorm.

"Well, it's no use thinking about it that much, i'm sure you'll find you answers to all of it" Nejire stated. "Your right, thanks Nejire" Izuku said as they continued walking. "Well, let's go to your room and treat that hand of yours" Nejire added as Izuku chuckled. "Guess i can't hide anything around you" Izuku stated as he showed his burned hand palm.

"Is that from Bakugo's attack?" Nejire asked. "It is, i blocked his full power with it, if it was his usual self, then he would of burned till atleast my ellbow." Izuku explained. After that Izuku and Nejire walked towards Izuku's dorm as they treated Izuku's hand. Izuku then wanted to lay down and sleep early because he was tired after the exam when suddenly someone knocked on the door.

"Come in" Izuku said as the door opened up and Mirio and Tamaki walked in, once they walked in they locked the door. "So guys, what's so important you guys have to come this late and even lock the door?" Izuku asked. Mirio then handed Izuku his Phone as it was still connected to someone.

"Hello?" Izuku said through it. "Hello Izuku, it's me Nighteye, i asked Mirio to give his Phone to you so we can talk, but it's maybe better to meet in person again, are you available tomorrow?" Nighteye asked. "Ehmm yeah sure, what time?" Izuku asked. "3pm, Mirio will bring you towards my office where we can talk more, i'll see you then" Nighteye said as he hung up.
