"Twinkle twinkle little star..."

That was the first words that came to his mind. A song that his mother teached him when he was a little boy. The time had gone so fast.
Now he was sitting at the bridge, looking out over the enormous sea of stars. He thought that he could almost touch them with the top of his finger, and reached out to try, but couldn't feel them. They we're so close, but at the same time endlessly far away.

Memories suddenly appeared to his mind while sitting there, surrounded by beauty in the night.
In his body he felt a warm breeze.

" I hope this isn't the last time..."

A wind brought the words away from his mounth, out in the sky. Unexpectedly an alone tear fell down against his cheek. It was a tear full of memories.

Seconds after he could hear someone whisper..

"I'm here beside you."

He smiled. Happiness gleamed in his eyes.

"Yeah. I know."

He sat there for a long time. It felt like a whole eternity that never would stop going on. And he accepted that. He wanted to accept the fact that there was no end in the love he was holding inside.

"...The universe has moved for us
Without missing a single thing
Our happiness was meant to be
Because you love me, and I love you..."

With eyes full of now happy tears, he laid back and felt his heart beating.

He could feel someone near him and sat up immediately. His brown eyes met her blue. She was standing right in front of him a few meters away.

She came closer to him so that they could clearly regard each others faces.
In her eyes he could see a whole universe of stars, just like in the sky.

"What are you thinking about?" she wondered.

"I am thinking about you." he answerd.

She sat down beside him.

"Well... I'm here now. I know you like this place, so I was thinking that you would be here."

"You know, it's something special about this time of the day."

He stopped and looked at her.

"Everything looks like a masterpiece. Makes me think about how grateful I am for everything I have. I'm grateful for you. And I know that we will last as long as the stars shines, but even longer."

He hugged her tightly, as if he never wanted to let her go. She hugged him back with a heart beating so fast that he could hear it.

Again, it felt like an everlasting eternity, and he wanted to be there forever and ever. It was a indescribable feeling. He was grateful, happy. Just like it should always be. Times may be difficult, but it will never change the importance of thinking about everything that you still have.

When he looked into her eyes again, he reminded himself;
This love will last forever.
And right now, there's no reason to question it.
