"do you think Felix will finally make a move on this trip" Abby asked from the front seat.

"OKAY WHAT" Alonzo asked from the back.

"Omg I forgot he was here, why have you been so quite" she asked him.

"I barely woke up duhh" Alonzo laughed as Abby turned a bright shade of red.

"You're not really Felix's type" he added, "he likes big g-"

"Girls with more meat on them" I corrected him.

"I should've gone in the dudes car" he mumbled to himself and I laughed as I brought the car to a stop.

"Get off" i said as I turned the keys and grabbed my phone.

"I was kidding I love you guys, don't leave me out here it's dark" alonzo begged.

"What?" I laughed, "we're here dumbasses get off"

I closed the door after me and went to the bed to grab the bags.

"Whoop whoop were finally here" Jose hollered as he jumped out of the car window the moment Felix parked.

Sophie ran inside and turned on the patio lights to allow us to see. And Abby turned my trucks volume incredibly high, I didn't mind it was oh Cecilia by the vamps and although it was almost midnight that's a song for anytime.

"Okay so there's 3 rooms, I call the Masters and im rooming with Jose" Sophie said from the doorway. I looked at Abby and laughed. We knew this would happen. We sensed something there since they've met.

Felix and Alonzo linked arms and started walking towards the cabin.

Alonzo turned around and called out "hey Abby you can third wheel I you want" and he laughed.

"It's either y'all or Jess" she said as she ran off with her bag and linked up with them.

"I see how it is asshat" I called out laughing.

I grabbed my stuff and looked around... Where's Tristan?

I walked in to my room and set my stuff down on the edge of the bed.

I made my way to the kitchen to put stuff into he fridge and there was no one there.

"Where the hell is Tristan guys?" I scream out to the whole house.

"Oh shit" Jose laughed as he ran past me, "he's still asleep in the backseat"

He was about to run out without shoes on and me being the mom that I an I stopped him and told him I would go.

"Hey Tristan" I shook him when I got there. Damn this boy sleeps. He wouldn't wake up so I panicked and checked his pulse. Yup still alive. I figured he was just a deep sleeper. I was about to wake him up again but before I did Felix ran out of the cabin.

"Don't wake him up, just carry him in"

"Felix put on clothes it's cold as hell, and shoeless. What are you thinking you're gonna get sick" I told him.

"Okay mom" he said sarcastically. I smacked him upside the head and he looked back at me and laughed.

I've known Felix since kindergarten. Alonzo and I met him on the first day of school. We've all been friends ever since so they're like brothers to me. Felix being the younger annoying one. And Alonzo being the oldest yet the clown.

Felix bent over and picked Tristan up.  I grabbed his bag and walked in behind them.  We dropped him and his stuff off in our room and went back to the living room with the others. 

We decided to bake a cake at 12 am and ended up with brownies since the dudes don't know how to measure substances.

Around 3am I decided it was time to hit the hay so I dragged myself to bed and checked my phone. I had gotten a text from my mom saying they're almost to Texas but they stopped in New Mexico for the night. I replied and turned off my phone.

I woke up and I had Tristan's arm as a pillow. My arm reached across his chest and one leg wrapped over him too. I figured it was my fault because as a child I had the weirdest habit of cuddling the closest thing to me as I slept. I rolled over and turned on my phone to checked the time.

"8:33am" it read.

I crawled out of bed slowly and stretched. I grabbed a towel after realizing no one else was awake and ran towards the shower. I jumped in and struggled to figure out how to work the hot water. I jumped into the flames after about 10 minutes and sat there for a while.

After my shower I checked the weather and changed into the appropriate clothing.  It was about 10 by the time I walked out of the room ready and I heard someone stirring in the kitchen. Tristan was still asleep so it wasn't him and I know Felix and Alonzo never wake up before noon unless they have to.

I ended up finding Jose there.

Jose was actually the fifth member added. It was after Abby but before Sophie. It was our 8th grade year and he was new to our middle school so the guys met him when he tried out for the football team.

"You should like totally make breakfast Jess" Jose practically begged trying to make a sad puppy face.

"You can keep your ego, I was planning on it anyways" I laughed and told him, "now go shower nasty"

He was still wearing yesterdays shirt.

I hear him run down the hall and wake up mostly everyone else.

About 20 minutes later I had a huge stack of pancakes beside me and I kept making more. These growing guys aren't gonna give me a break. I flipped and flipped until I felt I had enough. I placed them all on the table and took out juice and the syrup I scream that breakfast was ready and separated my own plate before walking to my room to grab my phone.
