Melone walked in with his bag of 'supplies' and headed to the kitchen. Prosciutto and Pesci were watching The Matrix, one of Melone's favorite movies. He pulled out a bag of salt and vinegar chips from his bag and put them in the cabinet. He hadn't meant to demolish the other bag, but Junior was hungry and if Ghiaccio liked it, Junior was sure to like it also.

"You're a popular guy today, y'know?" Prosciutto said without looking away from the screen.

"Me?" Melone asked.

"Everyone's looking for you."

"Why?"

"Well, Ghiaccio was bitching about his damn chips, and I don't know what Gelato wanted," he said.

"Gelato and Sorbet are back?"

"Yeah, they finished the mission early. I'll say one thing about them, they're efficient if nothing else." Melone had missed Gelato's presence in the house. Gelato was his other close friend in the Squad and lately, with Ghiaccio being so angry, he didn't have anyone to go to. He was excited to get his opinion on the situation.

"So what do you think of the movie, Pesci?" Melone leaned against the back of the couch.

"It's interesting. I think it's a little confusing though..."

"You just need to pay attention," Prosciutto said sternly.

"I find watching it a few times really helps you pick up on stuff," Melone said. He leaned in, nudged Pesci, and whispered, "If you need me to explain it to you later, come find me." Pesci looked up at him and mouthed the word "thanks," and Melone winked at him. He turned to head back to his room but stopped by Gelato and Sorbet's room. He leaned in and heard the telltale moans of Gelato and decided to come back later. He opened the door to his room and found Junior sitting on his bed.

"I got more food for you." Melone smiled. Junior was nearly full-grown now. He'd woken up this morning cuddling what he'd thought to be another person. He dreamed it was Ghiaccio since it smelled like him but was startled upon waking to find it was Junior. He didn't know what to do with him, Melone liked having him near since it reminded him of Ghiaccio but what if someone found him?

"Yum!" Junior smiled as Melone sat down on the bed and handed him another bag of chips and a sandwich.

"Eat the sandwich first." He got his laptop out and continued working on his project. He was setting up a website to offer his hacking services since one of the guys in the chat room mentioned it. It would certainly help as supplemental income.

"When do I get to fight?" Junior asked.

"Well, we need to go on a mission first. Right now, Risotto's on one, so maybe not for another week. Depends on how much this one pays, but Giorno pays a lot more than the other boss." He continued typing a new line of code as he talked. Junior continued eating in silence as Melone worked. Well, Junior was grown and he wasn't dead, so that was new and unexpected. He could be the mother. He wouldn't always be a good candidate for it though, but it was good to keep in mind in a pinch.

Junior had finished the sandwich and was currently destroying the bag of chips. He really was like Ghiaccio. Ghia could kill a bag of chips in a day, especially when high. Speaking of Ghia...Melone heard voices in the hallway, one was definitely Ghiaccio. He heard laughing. That was unusual for Ghiaccio. Who was he talking to?

He heard a knock on his door. Melone scrambled off the bed and opened his closet, gesturing for Junior to get in. He took the bag of chips from his hands and tossed them on the desk. The last thing he needed was the sounds of crunching from his closet. He swiped the trash off his bed to the other side and set the bag down out of sight. He took a deep breath before answering.
