Chapter 1: Love at First Sight

Where to begin...

A young boy, squeezed through the crowd of humans and monster. Desperately wanting to get to his locker and eat his lunch. But alas, that would take time since other students wanted that also. The boy could feel the sweat and heat from the students, hearing not understandable words everywhere. The hall was very busy, considering an Autumn Party was happening in a few weeks. Finally, the boy made it to his locker, opening it quickly, taking out his lunch and putting inside the things he doesn't need right now. He was again challenged by the crowd of students, his objective entering the cafeteria and finding a table. He squeezed through again, wanting to get his inhaler out of his bag and take a swift breath of the cold medicine. He could hold his asthma longer. He finally entered the cafeteria, looking at the short line infront of the counter. The cafeteria was big, half packed with students. The boy adjusted his scarf and took a quick inhale from his inhaler. He didn't really have lungs but somehow he needed it so he wouldn't have a coughing fit.

"Hey Geno!" A loud yell erupted from the right, 'Geno' looked towards the voice, three young skeletons around the age of 14 & 16 sat at a table. Geno nodded, knowing exactly where to sit. He sprinted to them before he would be crushed by any more students. A boy from the table giggled at the lack of matureness Geno had. Geno set his lunch down and looked at his friends. "Hey, where's Lust?" Geno asked. "He's probably just running late" A monochrome boy shrugged. The friends started eating their lunch, enjoying the taste.

Twenty minutes had passed, no sign of Lust. "Guys, I'm getting worried. What if he bumped into them again?" A baby blue eyelighted skeleton asked, worry and concern lacing his voice. "I'll go look for him. Don't worry Blue" Another skeleton with crimson red glasses taped to his head reassured the other. "Be careful, you know how strong they are" The monochrome warned. "Don't worry mommy cross, I'll be careful" The glasses wearing skeleton teased, earning a huff from the monochrome and chuckles from the others.

The glasses wearing one exited the cafeteria, roaming around the halls. Whilst looking for his friend, he had bumped into a unfamiliar face. A grumy face to be exact. Instead of running away or apologizing. He just stared, fascinated into the other's eyelights, his face, his barely exposed ribs. He blinked before his thoughts could get lewd. He smiled awkwardly as the other glared at him. "Hey nerd, watch where you're going!" The red eyelighted skeleton yelled with a gruff voice that made the other blush a light blue. "O-Oh! Sorry..."

"Wait, your that Sci kid from that incident"

Sci flinched when he mentioned the 'incident' "Hehe..that's me, uhhmm"

"Fell." Fell said in a monotone voice that sent shivers down Sci's back. "Well I have to go, my friend is sorta missing" Sci said, trying to slip past him. Fell rolled his eyelights and walked away, leaving Sci blushing.

"Sci, you are not gay!" Sci mentally scolded himself and continued walking the long halls of the school. Hoping to just finish this day...
