(3RD POV)

As Ash and Meloetta woke up in the pokemon center, with Ash waking up to find Meloetta clinging to Ash's head which he tried to get her off only resulting her tightening her grip on his head not wanting to let go nearly suffocating him, when Meloetta finally waking up she reluctantly let go of his head, to the relief of the teen.

As they did their morning rituals, Meloetta watched Ash do his, they checked their supplies before heading of to route 2. On their way through route 2 Ash and Meloetta went through there, like route 1, without a problem, except the occasional trainers that were demolished with Meloetta, as they were taking their break after walking for a few hours they decided to take a break at this clearing that they found.

When Ash finished setting up camp, with the help of Meloetta, they began to make lunch. While Ash was eating his lunch while both Ash and Meloetta felt like something was wrong. Suddenly they both heard a cry of a pokemon both Ash and Meloetta ran off trying to find out what kind of pokemon maid that sound and what is happening to it.

When Ash and Meloetta got there they found a saddening sight they found a small pokemon tied to a tree with rope attached to it's upper jaw and lower jaw preventing it from opening its maw it was trying to free itself by scratching the rope only to cause more discomfort for the pokemon. when it saw the duo it started to growl trying to scare them away only for Ash to slowly go towards it "It's ok i wont hurt i am just going to take of the piece of rope on you and give you food. Ok?"

The pokemon was still on guard bust stopped growling at Ash an let him take the rope off, while this was happening Meloetta was still on guard just in case if the pokemon tried to hurt Ash. After Ash took of the rope the pokemon immediately jumped away from Ash still unsure if they could trust this human yet.

Ash put his hands up as a show that he wont harm them "its ok i wont hurt you little guy why don't you come with me to my camp so i can give you food?" asked Ash. The pokemon was still cautious around Ash they looked at Meloetta to see if they could trust him. when they turned to look at Meloetta all she did was nod signifying that it is ok for them to trust him.

The pokemon reluctantly nodded to his offer Ash smiled at that and old them to follow him as the pokemon closely following behind Ash. As the made it to the camp Ash started to fill a bowl for the pokemon as he placed it front of the pokemon it started to smell it before devouring the bowl. As it was eating Ash tried to check it in his pokedex to see what kind of pokemon it was.

All he got in response was "Pokemon not native to this region please ask professor for upgrades for the this model" said the pokedex. Ash gained a questioning look once more 'It's not from this region?' Questioned Ash 'why would their be a pokemon from another region be here tied to a trunk?Unless it was.......abandoned by its trainer' Ash was furious with this trainer why would you leave a pokemon not of this region here.'It still looks quit young' to say Ash was mad would be an understatement leaving practically a baby alone in the woods in a different region all by itself.

When he meets this trainer he would give them a piece of his mind before his thoughts could continue the little pokemon then went up to Ash's lap and immediately went to sleep, obviously tired of struggling to get the rope off from a while ago. Ash and Meloetta shared a look and Ash  told Meloetta hold the little pokemon using 'Psychic' to hold the little pokemon up so Ash could set up his tent and Meloetta floated in with the little pokemon so they could go to sleep.

When Ash was about to go to sleep both Meloetta and the little pokemon clung to him like he would leave them if they let go, but Meloetta just wanted to cuddle with Ash, soon slumber fell upon the trio and they both fell asleep.

-IN PROFESSOR OAK'S LABORATORY-

The old Professor was trying to call the other regional Professor's so that he could ask them what kind of pokemon did Ash catch in his journey. A few seconds later his screen showed multiple faces of the regional Professor each of them giving him a greeting. And the questions start flooding.

"Professor Oak why it is nice to see you again but i must ask why had you called us today" questioned Professor Birch. "Well i wanted to ask all of you for help" said Professor Oak "Hmm the famous Professor Oak asking for our help? then that means we couldn't possibly be able to help the great Professor Oak" taunted Professor Rowan.

"Ignore him so what is the thing that you needed help with Professor Oak?" Questioned Professor Juniper "well it is about a pokemon that one of my trainers captured" "oh? What kind of pokemon could it be?" questioned Professor Sycamore "I wouldn't be asking if i knew. Anyways i don't know i am sending all of you a picture of the pokemon" as all the Professor's received the pictures nearly all of them gained a confused look except the only woman in the call.

"Professor Oak do you know what kind of pokemon this is!?" "No why what's wrong?" "That pokemon is the legendary known as Meloetta!" Shouted Professor Juniper. The Professor's who were witnessing this were shocked a trainer catching a legendary, a beginner at that. Oak was shocked that Ash caught a Meloetta, no wonder the pokedex wasn't able to scan it it was only proggramed to scan Kanto pokemon. 

"Tell me Professor what was the name of the trainer that you mentioned?" Questioned Professor Kukui "his name is Ash Ketchum" Questioned Oak "Is he going to enter the league?" "Yes why?" "I am going to see him in action!" Exclaimed Professor Juniper.

(You thought i was going to type all of them saying if they are going to watch Ash or not but no it was me! Timeskip!)

The Professor who were able to go were Juniper, Rowan and Birch the rest had something important to do so they couldn't watch Ash in the league for themselves. After saying goodbyes and Professor Oak turning off the computer he collapsed on his chair and sighed he was wondering on how to tell Ash that his partner was a legendary pokemon he sighed before heading of to pewter city using his charizard so he could upgrade Ash's pokedex.

(Honestly i am quit tired because i am writing this late so i hope you enjoy the story so far and see what the future holds for Ash and his companions)
