Chapter 1: First class trial

We stepped onto this old elevator. It was very loud. All of us were looking at each other. I didn't know what was going on anymore. Yasuhiro is dead. I still don't know who killed him but the pencil. Who here would have an anime pencil? The elevator started to go down. I was still thinking.  There were a lot of clues of who could have killed him but I'm still not sure. I hope the others found some clues. I'm still upset that one of our friends was killed. But we will make it out alive. If the rest of us work together. We can do it. The elevator stopped and we got out. It was a court room. Monokuma was there
Monokuma: Ok Ok. Hurry up to your assigned seats.
We all walked to our seats and waited
Monokuma: welcome to your first class trial. Isn't it exciting. Let me go over the class trial. You all argue about who you think the killer Is. then I use your votes to determine the killer. If you guess right the killer dies and you all live. And if you guess wrong the killer lives and you all die. Now the class trial begins!
Sayaka: so how do we start this out.
Kyoko: let's talk about his body first. He was stabbed with a knife. And his head was bleeding.
Sakura: that giant book has some blood on it. He could have been hit with that.
Mukuro: the knife looked like it's from the kitchen.
Aoi: it is from the kitchen
Byakuya: and how do you know
Aoi: well I've seen it. There is normally 5 knifes in the kitchen. Earlier today there was only 4. That must be a kitchen knife.
Kyoko: now was there anything in his room that was weird.
Leon: well his room was very weird with all the fortune telling stuff
Kyoko: I'm talking about something that would relate to this case
Sayaka: there was a note.
Mondo: What did the note say
"Yasuhiro we need to talk. Meet me in classroom A-1 10:30 pm. -HY"
Chihiro: HY?
Makoto: yeah. I'm guessing they were Initials
Chihiro: we saw those initials on a anime pencil.
Leon: we also found a blood stain in his room.
Taka: really?
Kyoko: I see
Celestia: this is just a theory but what if the killer attacked Yasuhiro in his bedroom then a little while later the note appeared so he went and then was killed.
Junko: well that does make sense. But why would he go if he was attacked
Mukuro: What If he was attacked in his room but after he got the note.
Chihiro: he could have been hit in the head and then went 
Mondo: but why would he go if he was hit in the head. It makes sense but why would he do that?
Kyoko: What If he was walking down there but then got hit and he ran to his room to hide. He wasn't killed until 11:49 pm. They said to meet them there at 10:30pm.
Taka: well that...
Kyoko: now think about this. He went to his room to hide. Then when it was clear he left. He got to the classroom and went in but someone was there. Well at this point 2 things could happen. He could have seen his killer or the killer was hiding. Whatever it is the killer stabbed him but they dropped something. A pencil. The didn't realize it. The killed him and walked away. Then they acted like it was a surprise when we found him dead.
Sayaka: was there anything in the book? Maybe there was a clue in it.
Celestia: I looked in the book. Do you all remember the anime pencil
Taka: yes and what about it?
Celestia: the design. Someone drew the same design in the book. That was the only thing beside some other stuff
Junko: What was the other stuff?
Celestia: there was other drawings. There was just random drawings. And there was a drawing of... me...
Chihiro: What?

Celestia: there were even hearts next to me. I'm guess who did it has a crush on me?
Mondo: well whoever has the initials HY likes you. Wait... HY?
Hifumi: well who is HY?
Mondo: you bastard! Why the hell would to do that!
Makoto: Mondo who are you talking too?
Kyoko: Mondo? Do you know who killed him?
Mondo: I have a pretty good idea of who killed him
Kyoko: I hope we're thinking of the same person. But we need to keep talking about this case
Junko: there was nothing down the halls or near the room.
Aoi: yeah the halls looked normal.
Toko: w-were getting n-nowhere with t-t-this
Aoi: oh you weren't even there
HY. HY? What does that mean? Who is HY? Huh?
Chihiro: I think I got it!
Leon: like who the killer is!
Chihiro: it's Hifumi Yamada!
Mondo and kyoko: I knew it!
Hifumi: huh? I-i...
the room went silent...
Junko and Mukuro: What!
Aoi: no way!
Taka: I...
Hifumi: SO IM THE KILLER! NO WAY NO WAY!
Makoto: all Clues point to you
Hifumi: but I would never kill someone!
Sayaka: well that pencil. Your initials are HY.
Hifumi: that is true but someone could have wrote that on there
Mukuro: but who would go and make it look like you killed him. You killed him!
Hifumi: I didn't!
Celestia: then explain the drawing
Junko: then does hifumi...
Celestia: explain both hifumi!
Hifumi: well...I...
Celestia: TELL ME ALREADY!
I could tell Celestia was getting mad. She really wanted an answer
Hifumi: I've loved you since I first saw you and I would do anything.
Celeste looked shocked! She couldn't believe what she heard
Celestia: ...
She went silent
Hifumi: I would do anything for you! So when I heard Yasuhiro talking about you I had to act
Celestia: ...
Mukuro: What did Yasuhiro say about her?
Hifumi: he said was talking to someone and he said "I mean Celestia? She's cool." I thought he was going to steal her from me so I... I was just going to talk to him but I then heard him say " for the small amount of time I knew her she seemed nice!" So...
Celestia: YOU IDIOT! YOU KILLED HIM BECAUSE HE WAS SAYING IM A COOL AND NICE PERSON! THATS A COMPLEMENT YOU FOOL.
Toko: so y-you killed h-him because he was t-talking a-about Celestia. Why? That's so dumb
Hifumi: well what if Celestia liked him. She should like me!
Celestia: I don't like him... AND TO THINK I WOULD LIKE A GUY LIKE YOU IS OUTRAGEOUS!! I RATHER DATE MAKOTO!
Makoto: I can't tell if that's good or bad.
Celestia: SO LETS DO THE VOTING!
Kyoko: not yet... hifumi, Celestia was your motive right?
Hifumi: yes why?
Kyoko: may I ask what your card said or may I see it
Hifumi pulled out the motive card a gave it to kyoko. She read it and looked surprised.
Kyoko: so that was the real reason I see... I doubt Yasuhiro would like her. Also did you leave evidence on purpose?
Hifumi: no believe me! That book was in there and the pencil I took with me! Someone found him and put it there. I was trying to make it look like mondo killed him!!!
Mondo: YOU BASTARD! WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU DO THAT IDIOT!
Hifumi: well the other day we said mondo could kill someone and I tried to make it look like he did it. I even got rid of evidence. And I put down stuff that mondo would have with him. But some one switched it out
Monokuma: it's true look at that tv over there.
We all looked and watched to footage of hifumi picking up evidence and making it look like mondo did it. We were all in shock. I would have never in my life believed that this would happen.
Junko: then who switched the evidence.
Kyoko: What happened when you found the body Aoi?
Aoi: me and Sakura were walking around. Then we saw the classroom down cracked open. Sakura said we should close it. I looked inside first to make sure no one was in there then I saw Yasuhiro. The body discovery announcements went off. Then hifumi was walking by and asked what's going on? So we told him. He was acting like he was shocked. Then we all saw him and went to investigate
Kyoko: thank you Aoi.
Celestia: can we vote already!
Leon: shouldn't we know 
Junko: why does it matter!
Byakuya: can we hurry up and vote. I want to get out of here
Sayaka: What If we are wrong! What if the person who switched the evidence is the real killer
With all my might I knew I had to say it
Chihiro: hifumi is the killer. Even if we don't like it. There's evidence that he killed him and we can't ignore that
Monokuma: tik tok times up! It's voting time! Please pull the leaver and chose the blackened
I looked at the leaver
Monokuma: will you make the right choice or the wrong one!
I pulled the leaver and picked hifumi
Monokuma: yep you did it! Hifumi Yamada was the killer this time around.
Byakuya: I see. We were right this time around
Monokuma: do you all know what it's time for!
Mukuro: huh?
Monokuma: it's time for your punishment mr.yamada!
Hifumi: punishment!?
Monokuma: let's give it everything we've got! ITTTTTTTTTTS PUNISHMENT TIME!

Monokuma hit a button with a hammer. It showed a little hifumi and a Monokuma grabbing him and dragging him.
None of us were ready for what we saw next

A chain grabbed hifumi
Hifumi: I'm sorry Mrs.Ludenberg!
He was pulled away
Hifumi: HELP MEEEEEEEE!!!!!
We could hear his screams
We then saw him put on top of giant books. He was tied on it. He couldn't move.  There was a giant Monokuma with a giant pencil. It was the books and pencil that were at the crime scene. There were a lot of piles of books. Monokuma used the pencil to smash the books. He hit the first pile. Then the next and so on until there was only hifumi and a different pile. He knocked the books over that hifumi was on. Hifumi was still on top. He then grabbed the last pile and dropped it on him. And he threw the pencil down into the books. Then next thing we see is blood running out of Books.
I was in shock. 2 of our friends are dead. And I saw one of them die. We all looked around at each other. We were all in horror.
Monokuma: wasn't that just fun!
None of us answered
Monokuma: you look like you have seen a ghost.
Aoi: is... is he really dead
Monokuma: yep yep!
Sayaka: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
Makoto: why?
Mondo: damn it!
Sakura: farewell
Monokuma: well you know what they say! "Life is short but death is super long!"
Monokuma went away.
We were left there just standing.
Makoto: well I'm going back to my room. I need to think about this.
Mukuro: I think we all do.
So we went back onto the elevator. It was still loud. We got off and all went our own ways. I went to my room.
When I got there I almost started to cry. I got a knock on my door. I opened it and saw mondo and Taka.
Taka: May we come in?
Chihiro: yeah
I let them in and we sat down.
Mondo: that was crazy wasn't it
Taka: it's something I'll never forget.
Chihiro: I don't know how to feel
Mondo: what do you mean?
Chihiro: I don't know if I feel sad that we lost them. I mean yeah I am but do I feel relieved.
Taka: why would you feel relieved?
Mondo: cuz Monokuma said that if we guess wrong we die.
*ding dong bing bong
This is a school announcement. It is night time. Good night*
Taka: I will be going to my room
Mondo: Same
Chihiro: I will see you all tomorrow
They left and I got ready for bed. I was still shocked from today. I couldn't sleep but right now... I'm glad to be alive
