Class started today, Draco and hermoine were getting ready for class. They went to there classes and met up in potions. "Ronald is giving you a death glare" draco said calmly, "Yes i can tell,he wanted to talk to me you said earlier." She said. Draco was surprised " I did?" He asked " Well not really you muttered it while painting" she explained "Of course i wouldnt make a fuss but i assume you did that to his face" she assumed "He said some very wrong things,he deserved it" draco said with a pissy tone "Excuse me class" the professor said "Today we'll meet in the dining hall,for a message and dinner" the small curious chatter began,"Im aware its late notice but please just get back to work" the professor said. "Lovely,probably something stupid" draco sighed "It's ok we'll just sit with our houses and talk after" hermoine said,always looking on the positive side. Draco liked that about her. Class ended and ron ran up to hermoine who was talking to luna "Hey we got to talk" ron said " Why?" She asked amused "Its important please" he asked in a begging tone "Just a moment" she told luna and walked off with ron to a empty stair well "What is it" she asked "Whats the deal with you and malfoy" he asked " And dont say nothing cause i can see it,he stood up for you in a way and he wouldnt do that normally" ron explained "Why does it matter? If i have a friendship with malfoy thats my business,not yours" she said and started to leave, ron grabbed her arm stopping her "Ron let go,im going to be late" she said in a firm tone "Does harry know?" He asked "Harry is occupied with his life,i'll tell him if you wish,but i doubt he would care" she told him pulling her arm back. "I dont want you to get hurt! Hes probably using you hermoine!" He lost it "Look you know i care about you as a friend! Harry and luna and ginny,we all do! What happened to make him be nice to you?" Ron asked pissed off "Nothing ron,we just agreed that cause were living together and cause were partners in potions,it would be easier to be civil around each other" hermoine said and went to walk to class but ron pulled her into him and kissed her. Draco heard her voice and went to check the situation out, he turned the corner to see hermoine and ron kissing,he could see her discomfort and surprise though so he knew what had happened. He hit ron with a warning blast that sent ron flying backwards onto his ass, and hermoine falling into dracos arms. "Really ronald like i said before,doing things to a women without her want or consent is perveted" Draco calmly said,stone faced "Well if it wasnt for you too be so close maybe i wouldn't of had to" ron said trying to get up. "Dont talk to me ron" hermoine said "I wont as long as your still fuck buddies with him" he spat,then realized what he had said, hermoine punched him in the face,like she had done to draco once. "Really? Fuck buddies! Thats all you gotta say i may make a comment on you and lavender huh? How'd you like that?" She spat trying to keep beating him. But draco was pulling her back as best he could.But she was pissed and draco couldnt always hold her back,she got another 3 punches in along with several kicks.Harry heard ron,hermoine and draco yelling at eachother, so he ran to help. He saw hermoine trying to beat ron as draco held her back "Hermoine! Stop! What the hell?" Harry said pulling her back "Draco deal with ron please we dont want him getting killed" harry said "I'll listen to you this once" draco said and hauled ron off to the nurse. "Hermoine,explain yourself. Why would you beat ron? And why was malfoy holding you back?" Harry asked setting her down, "Me and malfoy decided that as roommates and partners in potions we'd be civil, ron thinks theres something going on with us and he commented some rude things" she said "Is there something with you and malfoy?" Harry asked "Why would there be? What would the point be? Its not like even if there was anyone would be supportive" she sighed "Even though id be concerned. If it makes you happy i cant say i wouldn't be happy for you" harry smiled "Well theres nothing really" she assured him "What's with you and ron?" He asked "Well he was talking to me about me and malfoys relationship and i told him what i told you, And he blew up i tried to walk away twice and the second time he kissed me,thats when malfoy came" she explained "Its alright hermoine,rons not himself lately" harry said hugging her. She rested her head on his shoulder and stayed there for a bit. "We already missed a class,lets go to dinner" he said taking her hands and pulled her up "Thanks harry,i dont know what id so without you." She said following him to the hall. "Good night students" the head mistress said,"The reason for this meeting is simple. We are going to throw a party in honor of the 7th years!" She exclaimed "Tomorrow night, look your best" she said and left the students to the meal they provided. "Harry that sounds like fun" she said "Yeah,i think i'll ask ginny. You think i have a chance?" He asked her "Of course! Shes crazy for you" hermoine said "What about you? Who you going with" harry asked "Probably no one" she sighed "Well you can always come with me if ginny says no" he laughed with her "But im sure she'd be fine with you coming if she says yes" harry smiled "Thanks harry" she said "Hey you wanna come up to my new dorm and study?" Hermione suggested "Yeah sure,just let grab my stuff" he told her. Draco watched her the whole dinner "I dont wanna go" draco complained to blake "Why dont you aske gr- that girl?" Blake suggested "I would i just hate these school partys" draco said "Well you can chill with me if you change your mind" blake said. "Were the first ones here" hermoine said, "Well thats ok,draco wont mind" she said "You want anything" but when hermoine turned around,harry was just shocked at the place "Wow you live here now" he said "Yeah its cool" she said "Oh yeah sorry. What do you got to drink?" Harry asked "What do you want?" She laughed "Juice?" He suggested. She grabbed the pitcher of orange juice and poured 2 glasses. Draco arrived about 20 minutes after them,he saw harrys shoes and went and knocked on hermoine's door "Yeah?" She said he opened the door. Harry and hermoine were studying,hermoine on the bed and harry at her desk "Oh just thought id check in,hi harry" he said "hey" harry replied obviously too caught up in his work "Well i'll leave you guys to it" he said and went to his room,he closed the door and went to shower and read, "What did you get for 10?" Harry asked "Well what did you get?" She asked "No i asked first you might cheat off me" he laughed "Harry if anybody here would cheat off anybody it would be you cheating off me" she laughed back "Yeah true,23" he said "How'd you get that?" She asked leaning over his shoulder to see his paper,she leaned a bit to far and fell forward,almost hitting her dead on the desk,but with his reflexes harry spun the chair in time to catch her. The result was hermoines hands clasped around his neck and harrys hands about 3 inches above her hips. "You ok?" He asked "Yeah thanks" she said sitting up. Even though it was wrong in his mind he wanted to try something. Even though her thing with draco was complicated,she wanted to experiment something. The both leaned in at the same time,then stopped "So what were about to do is a mutual thought?" Harry asked "Yeah" hermoine answered. So harry leaned in and kissed her,she closed her eyes and pulled his head deeper towards her. Harry decided now or never and deepened the kiss, he picked her up and walked over to the bed.Hermoine pushed her notebook and paper off the bed and let harry put her down. He looked at her and saw a gleam in her eyes,"Maybe she's never done anything like this before" he thought as he kissed her "But yet again ive seen her read romances so she would know what to do,but not the feeling" he decided "But i wouldnt know anymore then her" he wanted to though. Even if it wasn't with ginny. "What am i doing?" she thought as she un-did harrys tie "Harry.. and me are not gunna go to far" she decided. She unbuttoned the first 4 buttons and felt him pop the last button on her shirt ,showing hermoine in her bra. "Hermoine i ever tell you you have a great body" harry said "Nope,i may ask the same question to you" she chuckled,they heard draco leave his room and got into a tiny argument "Harry ive told you 3=27y x 4" hermoine said just loud enough to not cause suspicion but enough that draco could hear "Nope cause i got 3=26y x 7" harry said at the same volume, "You too ok in there?" Draco said from the door, Harry ran to the bathroom and closed the door. As draco opened the door to her room she pretended to throw a different shirt on with her back turned to the door, she slid a hogwarts t-shirt over her head and turned around "Yeah why?" She asked
"You guys just seem to never get wrong answers" he laughed a bit "Harrys wrong" she yelled at the bathroom door,He came out with a "Really?" Kind of look on his face "Look at his paper! Hes wrong" she exclaimed. Draco looked at harrys and stood up "His is wrong" draco said "I TOLD YOU" hermoine bragged and hit harry in the arm "Hermoine, you know doors lock at 9, so if he's staying let me know ok" draco said walking to the door "Yep" she replied "Not bad" harry said hugging her from behind "Though i wish he hadnt come in" he chuckled behind her "Well cant have everything" she said turning around to face him "Question harry" she said "i think id have an answer" he replied "How...how far were you gunna go?" She asked looking at him "Only until you said no" he answered "And what if i hadnt said no? At all" she pushed "I possibly would have asked several times if you were sure" he smiled. And then it hit her "Maybe he's doing this to see my reaction,and see if i have experience cause of draco" and it made sense but didnt want to assume,cause harry wouldn't do that..Or would he? "So do you want me to take you back to your dorm or do you wanna stay here?" She asked "Well if theres no complaints from your neighbor and with permission from you of course, I wouldnt mind staying here" he blushed for some reason."Its not like that,i have ginny. Besides its just and experiment" he thought "I'll ask the neighbor"she said with a laugh, she walked across the hall and knocked on dracos door "Mhm" he answered. She walked in and saw him reading on the bed, in black sweats and no shirt,she closed the door "You look comfy" she commented,he smiled at that, "So you do" he scanned her outfit. The Hogwarts shirt and red and black checkered pj bottoms "I'll wear a dress next time" she sat beside him "Oh please do" he teased and grabbed her hand "So doors lock in 5,Harry wanted to stay. Is that ok?" She asked "Yeah as long as nothing happens with you too i dont care" he explained "Were bestfriends cmon" she lightly skimmed his face with her fist "Harry! C'mere" draco shouted "Yeah whats up" harry said at the door "Your grangers bestfriend right?" Draco asked sneaking his hand away from hers,unnoticed by harry "Yep were like this" he held up crossed fingers "Alright just checking" and harry went back to change. "Im going now,bye dad" she laughed but draco stood up with her,pulled her close and kissed her "Thanks for not being a dickhead to harry" she said when he pulled away "Yeah whatever" he said in his normal asshole voice "Ok goodnight" she said when she closed her door "Night" he called back and went to bed himself. Knowing that they wouldn't do anything he dreamed of doing to her himself.
