It has always been black or white
When it comes to the men in her life
Black for those she doesn't want to have
White for the angels in human skin
Black for those she's not pleased with
White for those that bring her peace

She always goes with feelings
Then, came a mysterious being
Making where he belongs, a blur
Is it his name, voice or his vibe
That is making her uncertain?
For, definitely, it's not his height
She'd always been scared of heights
For fear she might fall, break to pieces

Before she figures out
what color he bears
She painted him grey
Waited with patience
The day his color will finally be revealed
As a voice in her head rang
"DON'T FIGHT IT. JUST LET IT BE. FOR NOW"
