-Hanna's point of view -
We all loaded up into my moms old mini-van since there was no way we would all fit into a normal sized car.
Michael invited Cal, Ash, and Luke like he said we planned, and I invited Gabby, Keaton and Teagan.
Keaton and Teagan had never met any of my brothers friends before so I had to be sure to prepare them for their weirdness.
Keaton has been a really close friend of mine and Gabby's since about 8th grade. She's quiet and super insecure about her self but has absolutely no reason to be. She is so so pretty but she'll never see it. She has stunning gray eyes that go great with her bright (obviously dyed) purple hair. She's also totally funny once she's comfortable around you. She does have a temper though so it's best not to get on her bad side.
Teagan is deathly shy but super smart and a immensely talented writer. She doesn't think so though. If you compliment her she gets all blushy and says she's really not all that great but she's so wrong. She doesn't believe in herself like she should. She can be really quirky but in the best way possible. She tells these super cheesy jokes and says the most random things but a conversation with her is never boring. She's also so beautiful with her honey blonde hair and dark brown eyes. Guys would be all over her if she could just get past her shyness.
All of my friends are freaking gorgeous and amazing and then there is me like oh um okay.
The beach is about two hours away and unfortunately Luke decided he wanted to drive us so I'm back here praying for my life. His driving is complete shit.
Michael is up in the passenger seat beside him and Cal and Ash are in the row after them leaving the back for Gabby, Keaton, Teagan and I.
Michael hasn't said much to me since we met up with them. It kind of upsets me but I guess he just doesn't want to make a big deal out of something that hasn't even happened yet. He wants to act normal, which I get. I even said I wanted to take things slow so he's just doing what I asked.
Plus there is no telling how Luke would react if he found out how we felt about each other.
Luke is usually so laid back about things but when he gets mad he literally explodes and it's scary as fuck if I'm being honest. If something happens between Michael and I and it ruins their friendship I would never be able to forgive myself.
Luke puts on some All Time Low and we're all singing - well more like screeching - the lyrics to "Outlines" as loud as we can.
About 45 minutes later we finally arrive at the beach.
We drag our stuff out onto the hot sand. A multitude of towels, lounge chairs, and snack bags being lugged behind us.
Once we get settled in, we strip down to our swimsuits and rub down with sun-screen.
When I can't get my back, I ask Michael to.
Luke looks over at us and gives Michael a weird glance but then just continues to rub sunscreen up and down his legs.
"Why did he look at me like that?" Michael whispers nervously
"I don't know..." I ask and bite my lip.
"Can you get my back now?" He asks and I grab the bottle from him and begin rubbing in the sunscreen.
I get lost in thought and don't even realize that the sunscreen is completely rubbed in and now I'm basically just massaging his back.
"Having fun?" He asks laughing
"Shut up." I say blushing
Gabby unfortunately witnessed what just happened and is stifling down a laugh.
