Chapter 25 (babiessss)

Dallas' POV

[A/N: da next day]

The girls are laid down in there cribs, we went shopping for Arabell's stuff yesterday. I sat down on the couch, Chad came into the living with a drowsy look. "We haven't gone on a date since before Nolan was born" Chad said, I yawned, "we're busy people" I chuckled, "how about we leave the kids to our babysitter and we go out on a date to night" he proposed, I nodded. I dialed Lauren's number (our babysitter).

Dallas- "hello Lauren"
Lauren- "hey! Dallas"
Dallas- "hey, I know this is such a short notice but do you think you can come watch the kids"
Lauren- "for sure"
Dallas- "Chad wants to take me on a date"
Lauren- "awe, ok, yeah, I'll be over shortly"

"I just made dinner reservations while you were on the phone with Lauren" Chad said, "ok" I smiled, "go get ready" he hussled, "is it fancy" I asked, "of course, only the best for my gorgeous wife" he said, "your so cheesy" I smirked, "but you truly are" he smiled, I playfully hit his shoulder as I walked to the room.

I put on a white ruffled t-shirt, black skinny jeans, and black flats with gold spikes. Makeup is just some simple eyeliner, and mascara. I walked out into the living room, Lauren sat on the couch talking to Skylynn, "hey" I smiled. I wrapped Lauren in a big hug, "nice to see you again" I said, "same to you" she said, "you look fabulous" she smiled, "Dallas is it ok, if Ryan and I hang out at the movies" Skylynn asked, "of course" I smiled. Chad came into the living room in a white button up long sleeve, and nice dark blue jeans. "Ready to go babe" he asked, I nodded.

^At Date^

We walked into the restaurant, "Brunner, reservation for two" Chad spoke, "of course, right this way" the lady spoke, we followed her to a window seat, I sat in one side of the booth and Chad sat opposite of me. "My name is Melanie, I'll be your waiter to night, what would you like to drink" she asked, "I'll have a peach snob" I said, "I'll have just some bud wiser" Chad said, "I'll be right back with your drinks" she said and walked away, "this place is fancy" I said, he smiled. Silk draped curtains, expensive looking carpet, huge ceiling, the list went on. "You know, I remember designing a restaurant" I said, "yeah, I remember building it to, that was a complicated job" he said, causing me to laugh. "It's nice to get out" I said, "yeah, it is" he smiled, "here are you drinks" Melanie said setting down our drinks, I took a sip of my peach snob, "can I take your orders" she asked, "I'll have a steak, the baked potato and a salad" I said, "how would you like your steak" Melanie asked, "cooked" I said, "and for you" he asked Chad, "same, instead of a salad can I get some mozzarella sticks" he said, "yeah. how would you like your stake" she asked, "medium rare" he said, she nodded and scribbled down our orders, she nodded to us an walked back to the kitchen.

Finally our food arrived after fifteen minutes, which means it's gonna be really good, or they just took forever. I cut up a piece of my steak, dipped it in some steak sauce, and took a bit, "mmm, this is so good" I smiled, I sipped my drink, and ate some of my baked potato. "Agreed, this better than my moms cooking" he joked, "Chad, that ain't nice" I said laughing, I had a bite I my salad and stole a mozzarella stick from Chad and ate it. He playfully hit my hand, "that was mine" he joked, "but you can share, I'm your wife" I frowned, "I know, I was joking baby" he said worried, "it's ok, I love you, and nothing could change that" I said, he smiled, he leaned over the table and pecked me on my lips, "I love you too" he said.

We finished our dinner and headed home. Once we pulled I the driveway I turned to Chad, "I had such a good time to night, but I miss my babies" I said, "what if, we skip going home and going to the drive in and watch a movie" he said spontaneously, "yeah" I cheered. He started up the car and pulled out of the driveway, and drove down the rode. We took lefts and rigths, and drove straight. Finally we arrived at the drive-in, we paid and found a spot to park the car. I changed the radio station to the channel they were playing the audio for the movie, grabbed two blankets and a few pillows from the trunk an laid it on the ground, making a little bed. To night it was flashback movies: Ouija, Dumb and Dumber 2, Mocking Jay Pt. 2, etc.

Were watching Oujia then Dumb and Dumber 2. We talked about a bunch of memories from years ago. "Remember in high school, when that teacher called on you, but you were sleeping" he asked, "yeah, for sure, she was a bitch" I laughed.

^2 AM^

We walked into the living room, Lauren was passed out on the floor next to the girls who were laying on a huge sprawled out blanket with a light blanket draped over them. I snapped a picture of all three of them. "I got the girls, you got Lauren?" he asked. "Yeah, I got her" I said, he picked up Nevaeh and Arabell, he took them to there room and laid them in their beds. I lightly shook Lauren, "hey, Lau, you can head home, or you can get up on the couch" I said, "mhm" she sighed. She got up onto the couch, "sit up" I said, she sat up a bit, laid a pillow under her head, and put a comforter that I pulled out of the hallway closet on her. I headed off to bed with Chad, know in everything is going to be good.

A/N: hey guysss! Ok, so I'm gonna confess something's because they've been really bothering. Ok so here it goes.

Recently I feel like I'm restricted to writing stories about just the boys. Like if you look at all my works there about one of the boys. So I'm making the decision to give two fans ether 'Love or Fame?' And 'You Parents Are Who?'. It's gonna be a contest, I'll be writing a 'Chandler Riggs fanfiction. I hope all these changes are ok with you guys.

Also I've made the decision to stop the twins series on this book, no book about the kids. I will be doing an Epilogue. I'm so sorry:'(. These were all hard choices to make. I hope you guys stay with me to see all the other things I will bring. I'm so sorry that I did this :'( I don't wanna be stuck to one fandom.

It'd be so cute if someone made a fan account on Instagram for me, or the book, or whatever. Not telling you guys to.

That's about all I had to rant. This book will end at 30 chapters, or 35 chapters I haven't decided yet. All of those choices were hard for me to make, I love you guys, and you all got me here, but at the end of the day I have to do what's best for me.
