Why do I keep running from the truth?
All I ever think about is you
You got me hypnotized, so mesmerized
And I've just got to know

From what Uraraka coukd tell, Deku was strange...

By now she knew he was far from her Deku even though they had similar quirks. He wasn't shy at all. He was quiet and stayed to himself, but whenever Bakugo would say something, he'd of course bark back, which lead to the most arguing the U.A dorms has seen.

He also didn't seem to be making any friends...which worried her just a bit. Her classmates weren't usually like this, and she honestly couldn't believe that no one other than herself has talked to him.

With him not having any friends, she found herself volunteering as his partner in many things, including a project that Mr. Aizawa assigned to them.

The project was unlike Mr. Aizawa, since they were assigned to do something that aligned with their community. What was worse, is that it was due next week.

"I'm guessing you have no ideas," Ochako says to Deku. A small smirk plays at his lips. "How'd you know?" He asks. She shrugs. "I mean, you don't exactly look like the type of person who'd give back." She says before a thought comes to her head.

"Oh! Maybe we could make some baked goods and give them away!" She suggests.

"Does it look like I can bake? And honestly you look like the type to burn things,"

Uraraka blushes, but out of embarrassment. "I do not! And if you need help me or Sato could help you," Uraraka suggests just as the bell rings.

"We could work on it tomorrow at the dorms. Your not heading home are you?" Ochako asks, since it was a Friday. He shakes his head no and a smile plays on her lips.

"Alright! I'll see you then!" She says before leaving.

With that Deku heads back to his dorm room, closing the door.

"This school is seriously something," he says with a sigh as he changes into his villain outfit before climbing out the window. He heads straight to their base.

"So you survived U.A huh, how's it going around the heroes?" Dabi's the first to ask.

Deku sighs. "Pretty annoying...where's Shigaraki?" He asks. "Should be back any minute."

"I'm here," Shigaraki annouces.

"Speak of the devil. Anyway, the strongest people seem to be Katsuki Bakugo and Shoto Todoroki, although their all pretty strong in their own way. Along with getting info on them I'm working on this girl...think her names Ochako Uraraka or something."

"Great job. Didn't think you'd be so obedient," Shigaraki says, praising him.

"Whatever. I'm heading back," he says, leaving.

Saturday came sooner or later, and it looked like Uraraka and him were the only people here.

"Do you not go home for the weekend?" He asks, deciding to make small talk. It'd be better for things not to be awkward. Plus, he had to gain atleast someone's trust if there ever becomes rumours on him selling out info.

"Nah not really, mostly because my parents live far away. What about you?"

"Orphan," he decides to say, since it was his backstory anyway. "Don't feel sorry," he adds.

"I wasn't..." she pouts while crossing arms, although he knew it was a lie.

"Whatever let's just get on with this baking crap."

Ochako nods, looking at the book. "Well, if we follow these instructions, it should be easy." She says.

But it wasn't easy, it was far from it. They ended up burning the first two batches of cookies, not putting enough sugar in the cupcakes, and the cake they made was far from edible. Along with that they were pretty dirty.

"Follow these instructions, it'll be easy she says," Deku says with a sigh. "Don't mock me! And maybe if you would give a little more effort this would work out! Now, let's try one more time."

He shrugs. "Whatever you say,"

By their tenth attempt, everything was much better, and could atleast be given away.

"Well, it took us ten times but we did it!" Uraraka cheers, raising her hand to give him a highfive. Knowing she'd eventually force him, he highfives back.

"I see you're becoming less of a delinquent," She says with a small smirk. "I never was one..." he says.

"Sure, sure. Anyway, I need to go get cleaned up so I'll see you later!" She says. "You should too...even though you look quite cute with cake batter on your face."

"I have cake batter on my face?" He questions, trying to wipe it off, but failed many times. "Here lemme help," she says standing on her tiptoes just a bit she that she could wipe his face.

As soon she touched him, Izuku leaned into the touch, since it felt all too familiar. He looked her in her eyes, and from that he leaned closer, inches away from her lips.

"What are you two doing!" Mina says, interrupting.

Both jump back, clearly embarrassed.

"W-what? You got it all wrong! A-anyway I'm leaving now so see you Deku!" She yells before running back to her dorm room.

"I'll be leaving aswell," Deku says, leaving Mina there alone.

I can't wait to tease her about this!
