Danielle's POV
"b-but I don't wanna go" I whimpered gripping my dad's hand tightly. He smiled down at me and kneeled down "hun I'm sorry but we've got to take you as its that time of year that you need your injections" I shake my head and throw my arms around his neck whimpering softly "no daddy... I really don't want to... I-i know I'm eight and I'm practically a big girl but i-I'm scared..." dad smiles and gave my cheeks a gentle squeeze "nothing bad will happen and I promise it'll be okay and who knows... You might get a sticker and a lolly after" I smile and nod slowly "y-yeah but.... But-" he cuts me off "shh cmon" he picks me up and carries me out to the car as I fell limp in his arms deciding to not fight. As we arrived at the doctors I whimpered and dad turned around giving me a small smile before getting out of the car and trying to open my door but I had locked it. My mum went to the other side and opened that door and I began to cry not wanting to go in "no!! Pweaseeeeee don't make me" I cried trying to get my parents to feel bad for me. Mum picked me up and walked me into the office I buried my face in her neck and tried to stop shaking "Danielle" my dad spoke and the receptionist nodded "okay please take a seat" mum carried me over to the chairs and sat down keeping me on her lap. I held her tightly and would not let go of her as I was too scared.

Around five minutes later I heard my name being called and I tensed up. Mum rubbed my back "cmon baby you need to go in there" I shook my head starting to cry the panic setting in. I felt a hand on my shoulder and I immediately climbed onto my dad's lap trying to get away. "hey hey love I won't hurt you... I promise" he smiles and puts his hands up in defence "my name is Jin... I promise we'll treat you right and there is no need to be afraid of us because I promise we will not hurt you" I didn't look at him I just hid in my dad's chest trying to get as small as possible. Dad forced me up and made me stand so I was looking at Jin I sniffled and backed myself up against dad as I stared up at Jin. He was extremely tall and that frightened me "you can pick her up" mum spoke up and I gave her wide eyes as I tried to climb back onto dad's lap. Jin smiled and picked me up I began to kick and scream trying to get away not liking being held by this man. He pulled me into his arms and held me close starting to shush me as he ran his fingers through my hair "calm down love... Shhh" I took deep breaths and closed my eyes trying to calm down "mummy and daddy can't come in unfortunately but we'll take great care of you" I began to wriggle at the thought of not having my parents in the room and that made Jin hold me tighter "hey shhh sweetie... Okay let's take a different approach to this... Look," he smiled and pulled out a blue lolly from the tub on the desk. I stared at it and he smiled "what if you have all the lollys you want whilst we examine you?" I nodded and he smiled and unwrapped the lolly before giving it to me still holding me. He smiled pressing a kiss to my cheek and carrying me into the examination room "hey guys... This is Danielle she's a bit nervous but she'll warm up" he sat me down on the bed and I continued to chew the lolly as I stared at all of them "hey I'm Jungkook" he smiled and stuck his hand out towards me. I shook it gently and he smiled "this is V... The weird one over there is suga... That is Jimin over there he's getting the medicine ready... Thats J-hope and that one over there who looks like a weirdo is RM" I giggled as RM glared at Jungkook. "is it okay if I listen to your lungs?" Suga asked smiling as me. I nodded and he very carefully started to check my lungs "deep breath... In... Out.... Again.... Good girl." he smiles and puts the stethoscope back around his neck "it sounds perfect but there is a bit of a crackle but I think that's from a slight sniffle or cold as this season is common for colds" he smiles before putting his hand behind my head and pulling a lolly out acting surprised "how did you fit that lolly in your ear? Wow magician who?" he smiles and unwraps the red lolly pop and gives it to me as they set up. "okay can you lay down please?" I nodded and held onto the lolly pop stick as I laid down. Jimin lifted my t-shirt gently and began to feel my tummy for any abnormalities "okay great... Now is the nasty bit" Jimin said smiling sadly. I whimpered and he grabbed my hand giving it a gentle squeeze "don't be scared I'm right here... Don't worry" he smiles and kisses my hand before nodding at V who brought the tray of needles over. I felt my breathing pick up and Jimin sat on the bed before pulling me onto his lap and holding me tight. I started to shake and he rubbed my back "only little pinches.... Take nice deep breaths for me Danielle" I obey and take deep breaths as I try to stay calm. I feel my arm being cleaned off and I whimper squeezing my eyes shut Jimin began to run his fingers through my hair as he began to hum a cartoon TV theme tune. I listen and smile slightly I feel a couple of pinches before all the boys begin to praise me "well done love you did so so well. We're so proud of you" I smile and giggle as I'm pulled into a group hug. They all kiss my cheek before J-hope takes my hand and leads me out to my parents a wide smile on his face "she did so very well. She was extremely brave and you should be very proud. Here you go Danielle" I smiled and thanked him as I took the sticker and lolly. I gave him a gentle hug before taking my dad's hand and walking out waving towards him happily and skipping out. I guess that wasn't too bad.
