Shay's POV
"harry!!" I squeal as I kick around. He laughs loudly and dunks me under the water again before letting me go he smirks and I begin to splash him but he takes it further and pushed me into a big wave. I swim up to the surface and laugh loudly before jumping onto Harry's back "can we get ice cream?" I ask sweetly. He hums slightly "well I don't know" he playfully sings "why not?!!!" he puts me down on the sand and pokes my nose "have you been a good girl?" I roll my eyes "yes dad" I say in a mocking voice. He winks and begins to run off towards the ice cream van I follow him and take his hand in mine as we slow down to a stop "what do you want?" I look at harry and he smiles knowingly "a fab?" I nod and clap my hands together excitedly. He chuckles "I swear you're obsessed" I take the fab and laugh "yeah I am haz" he gets what he wants before wrapping his arm around me and taking me back to our towels. He sits down and I sit beside him "do you feel okay?" he asks out of the blue and I give him a strange look "yeah, why?" he shrugs and shakes his head "you just look a little pale" I shake my head slightly "I feel fine. Don't worry" he smiles and nods "okay" he kisses my head before pulling me close. "okay babe I'm just going to do something" he kisses my cheek and takes our rubbish away. I look around the beach and watch kids running around and playing with sand and other things. I lie down and put my arm over my eyes as my head starts to ache I breathe heavily and try to stay calm. "okay mate the best thing you can do is just use this and fan her off... That usually helps and here" I open my eyes and watch as the lifeguard gives harry some ice. The lifeguard smiles and nods before walking off. Harry sits down beside me and puts the ice on my forehead he takes his sunglasses off before putting them on me. I smile at him and he begins to fan me off to try and help. He's honesty the greatest husband ever.

Harry's POV
As I continue to fan off shay I notice her lips turning white and her face a bit blue which was definite signs of sunstroke. I look towards the lifeguard who was patrolling the beach and he gives me a look "that's sunstroke mate... Maybe go to the doctors ASAP" I nod and smile concerned. "okay shay baby we're going to head home" I pick her up and start to walk off the beach. I open the car door and put her in the car before strapping her in and kissing her head "you're going to be okay" I shut the door before getting in the car myself. I reverse and start to drive not caring if I broke the speed limit. I pull my phone out "hey siri" my phone dings slightly "call louis" I sigh and try to stay calm "calling louis tomlinson" I roll my eyes slightly and grip the steering wheel. "hello?" came louis' voice "hey Louis... I'm sorry for bothering you but shay she's in bad condition. It's going to get a lot worse. She's got sunstroke... We've been at the beach and she's just hit rock bottom" I hear movement on the other end and louis coughs slightly "okay man I'll be there right away" I smile and close my eyes "thank you. See you soon" I hang up and grab Shay's hand giving it a gentle squeeze and smiling "stay will me baby... We're nearly home" we arrive and I quickly park my car before getting out and rushing to Shay's side. I open the door and wrap my arm around her. I pull her out and help her into the house I open the door before sitting her on the couch. I follow louis' instructions and make shay lie down and hold a cold compress to her head and chest. I hear the door open and louis walks in "hey... Has her condition gotten worse?" I nodded and watched as louis pulled out a few tools. I hold Shay's hand and try to keep her calm as her breathing was extremely ragged.

Louis' POV
I pulled out the oxygen mask from my bag and put it on Shay's face" breathe nice and deep darling. I know this isn't the nicest thing but it's going to help" she takes deep breaths and I smile "good girl... Keep doing that" her eyes were half open and I could tell she wasn't calm at all. I shine the torch into her eyes "okay not enough drinking done... You're slightly dehydrated but I can sort that easily. Harry can you hold her arm still for me" I say quietly. He nods and takes a hold of Shay's arm as I pull a needle out "this needle is just going to give you a bit of energy" she gives a weak nod and I clean her arm off before injecting her. She doesn't react and that's a definite concern I grab the equipment I needed "okay love I'm going to give you a cannula" she nodded slowly but kept her eyes shut. I put the cannula in and started the flow of the fluid "okay you should start to feel something soon" I smile before patting Harry's shoulder gently. I watch as shay begins to weaken and I tap her cheeks gently "hey love... You need to stay with us. I know you feel weak but you need to stay with me" she opened her eyes and blinked rapidly. I held her hand tightly "just breathe through it" she took deep breaths and I looked up at harry "stay calm... If you don't then it will effect her worse... I know you're worried but she's in good hands" he nods and I smile. Shay coughs slightly and I slowly move her onto her side and hold the bucket under her mouth. She vomits a few times and Harry's rubs her back to show that he was there for her. "I'm going to get her some pyjamas" I nodded at harry and continued to rub Shay's hair back "you're doing amazing love" a stray tear streams down her cheek and I rub it away "loubear" she whimpered. I smile "I'm here bug... You're in good hands" I rub her cheek and kiss her head. Harry comes back into the room and I slowly sit shay up I help harry remove her swimming costume before we both worked to put her pj's on. I lied her back down and put the blanket over her I kiss her head and smile "haz she's extremely weak but all she needs is comfort so I'm going to stay here with you guys to help" harry nods and I smile. I sit on the couch and pull Shay into my arms as harry sits on the other side and keeps a secure hold on her "you were so brave today and we're so proud of you" harry kisses her shoulder and I smile starting to play with her hair. She's definitely the proudest sister I know.
