Seven Deadly Sins

Chapter 3

I had just woken up and Meliodas wasn't in bed with me so I got up and got dressed in a cute outfit that looked kinda like a pirates outfit. I thought it was cute and sexy, but again I don't know.

I was walking down the stairs and I had finally gotten to the bottom and I walked behind the bar to get a drink when I heard what sounded like an animal growl I turned to Hawk surprised and said: "Hawk I didn't know you could do that." He looked at me and shook his head saying "That wasn't me."

I looked at him confused until I looked at Meliodas and he had a dark look on his face and I was confused, but then he started taking slow steps towards me and I backed up when he started coming towards me I was starting to chuckle nervously until he was in front of me and cornered me against the bar. I just looked at him with innocent eyes until he looked me in the eyes and I could see a dangerous glint in them it was like I was entranced in his eyes because I couldn't look away.

I had snapped out of it and noticed how close his face was to mine and I felt the blush creeping up my face until his eyes softened and he chuckled and just patted me on my head with a smile. After breakfast we started walking through the forest when I heard this voice that I didn't know and all this fog started surrounding us it got to the point where I couldn't see anyone.

The fog started clearing up and I noticed everyone was gone so I started walking to where I saw a little girl and as I was getting closer I noticed she was a giant. I walked over to her and poked her to wake her up and get her attention she looked down at me and smiled when she saw me she said: "Hi sweetie my name is Diane what's yours?"

I looked up at her and smiled I said: "Hi my name is Liliana I'm lost I was just with my mate and sister, but now I don't know where I am and I'm kinda scared." Before she could say anything these creatures came up to her and started saying they let some holy knights in I guess she saw the scared look on my face because she had me go up on her shoulder to hide from them.

When what I presumed who the holy knights were coming into the clearing I hid so they wouldn't see me and I was so scared that I just kinda zoned them out all of a sudden I heard Meliodas calling my name I looked down and saw it was him and Elizabeth and I got happy. Diane looked at me then Meliodas and saw the mark on my arm and the other one on my lower stomach.

She started squealing when she saw them and I looked at her confused and she said: "The captain finally found his mate I'm so excited for him because he and Ban have waited a long time for you." I just smiled at her and said thank you I then looked up and noticed a storm cloud overhead and I just froze because I could sense who it was.

He came down and struck all of us with lightning bonds I stayed still so that way they wouldn't get tighter I kind of zoned out because I was starting to get thirsty I then saw Gilthunder kick Hawk and Elizabeth go chasing after him. I then took that opportunity to break out of the bonds and summoned a bottle of Vanya Ale he looked at me confused and I just smiled at him.

I finished the bottle and threw it up in the air and snapped my fingers and like that it just disappeared I saw that Gil and Meliodas were fighting I also saw that Meliodas was about to get hit so I quickly teleported in front of him and sadly he still got hurt. I fell to the ground and I could see my vision going in and out and finally I just let sleep take over.

The next time I woke up I was in a room by myself and the sun was starting to set I smelled something delicious and went to where it was coming from I walked into a kitchen where I presumed a doctor and his daughter were making food. They saw me and started explaining how my friends saved his daughter and how we were all having a feast so I helped them cook they at first kept telling me no and to go enjoy myself with my friends.

I won the battle pretty easily once I did my puppy dog eyes I had just finished making a huge pig kabob for Diane the doctor and his daughter had already gone up and I was taking the food up there with everybody else I saw Diane out of the corner of my eye and walked over to her. I handed the kabob to her and she looked at me with stars in her eyes and kept telling me thank you and how I was her favorite person I just smiled at her.

After a while I noticed that my mark on my stomach was burning I was confused and grabbed it after I had set the plate down on the table and I looked around until I saw a really handsome guy sitting on a barrel staring at me with a smirk. He got up and started walking to me and when he was in front of me I noticed he was really tall so I had to strain my neck looking at him.

He noticed this and picked me up and set me on his hip I just put my face on his shoulder to hide my blush because I didn't want anyone seeing it. I felt him chuckle he walked back over and sat on his barrel I noticed he had his ale right next to him on the ground so me being me I slyly laid down so my body was right above it.

I slowly reached my hand down and grabbed it thankfully no one had noticed well except Elizabeth, but she stayed quiet and quickly looked away to hide her laugh. I finally had a hold of it and that's when I flipped off of him while I chugged it I looked at him and he had a shocked look on his face all I did was smile at him while I went to grab some more.

His eyes followed my every move after that and when I came back I sat down right on his lap, but this time I slowly drank the ale so that way it would last a little bit longer. He kept looking at me finally I looked at him and said: "Oh sweetheart you may be a thief but I'm the one thing that you won't see coming especially if there's any sort of alcohol involved."

He started full on laughing and I just smiled cheekily at everyone I also noticed that Meliodas had something that looked strong in his cup so I quickly finished mine and went over to him I walked so I was behind him I bent down a little so that way I could put my head on his shoulder. I quickly reached down for his mug and before he could grab me I walked away to go get some food. I just laughed a little because he looked surprised.

I looked up and saw the stars and knew that the time was coming for the holy war and I knew that I would need to regain my full power and that meant going back to where it was. I wasn't too happy about that but hey if it helps us then so be it, it was the end of the night and I was sleeping up against the wall when I felt someone come grab me and lay me against them.I snuggled into them and that's how I fell asleep cuddled against someone who I loved and honestly I loved it!
