Flash Back

Being at my home is the only thing I want to do being a medical student all you do is study and if you are not studying you are being left behind. As I was sitting at my coffee table in my small New York apartment I heard a loud knock coming from my door. I never get any visitors and it can only be one person that would come by my place.

I walked to the door their was a big smiling Angela at my door grinning from ear to ear. " So are you just going to stare at me all day or you going to let me in" with a grin on her face

I open my door wide and moved to the side to let her in she was wearing a bright white sunflower dresses with dark blue flowers that scattered the bottom of the dress. Her blond hair was full of life and bouncy and curly her blue ocean eyes full of spark.

"So what have bring you around here ever since you got a boyfriend you left me dry" trying to do a crying face

Angela rolled her eye " stop being dramatic I missed you and I want to know how you been doing?"

" everything is going well for the most part I been studying and working as an CNA" I said

"Do you do things besides studying and working you never go out or have a little friend coming over" she said

" I don't need a little friend and I like working I like working  with the elderly and going to school to save lifes what ever happened to you becoming a nurse?" I said

She look like she was in deep thought and just staring at her hands and then I noticed a ring on her finger it was gold and shape like a beautiful flower on top with an diamonds. " Salvi don't want me to become an nurse he said he wants to take care of me" she said this her head down like she was embarrass. 

" is that want you want?" I said looking at her was is like a sister to me the only family I really have

"Well no I still want to become a nurse but that's a lot of studying that I don't have time right now for" she said in a shaking voice

Im confuse as why she is so scared it like she seen a ghost just a minute ago she was happy and bubbly and now shaking in fear. Is he abusing her mentally or physically or maybe both? She will not tell me that no scared of what I would think.

"Today I had an lovely dinner today" she said snapping me out of my thoughts

She continued to day " Salvi and me had dinner with an man named Qudiar Sokolov I'm telling you this because I need you to remember his name"

" Ok? Is every thing ok just a min ago you was happy now your body is frigid and you look scared what happened at this dinner that got you so worried?"

Angela closed her eye " its a lot going on that you don't know I just want to protect you" she said more to her self than to me

Not to pressure her anymore because I know Angela she will shutdown if something is troubling

" Qudiar Sokolov" was my last thought

"Aurora"

"Aurora!!"

I immediately snapped out of my train of thought

"What?" I said shaking up

"Dame I'm in the middle of telling you who maybe the murderer and you up their in La la land properly fucking Willy Wonka" Antonio said while taking out an file folder from his black book bag

" sorry I lost train of thought and watch your mouth my kids could here you know"

Antonio just rolled his eyes " ok let's gets this started now their is barely any information about anything about the Sicignanos and the Russian mafia family I have to ask an question what was Angela doing with theses kinda of people?"

" she was dating an man named Salvi Sicignanos she said he was the head of the mafia and that the Russians are trying to kill every single Sicignanos four years ago I know you heard Salvi got killed along with his wife and daughter" I said sadly

Antonio nodded " I know it was so shocking that man was untouchable" he opened one filed " Salvi has an older brother named Santino Sicignanos and all it says about him that he owns multiple different businesses such as casinos ,hotels , and chains of restaurants".

" Angela never really told me much about his family really only that they are the mafia and that they rejected her" I said

" Their dangerous and they are nothing to fuck with I tried to talk to everybody to try to get some information out of them everybody lips are sealed lots of information about them is a myster-"

"Wait!! Do you know an man named of Qudiar Sokolov I remember Angela warning me about him she told me her and Salvi had dinner with him." I said in a rush

" Ugh- can I finish what I'm about to say about Salvi brother" he raised his eye brow

"Fine ok"

" ok good as I was saying lots of information and the Sicignanos goes missing they are a mystery family especially Santino." He finally opens the file folder he gave it to me " this is how he looks like"

I stared at the photo he had some of Salvi's features he looks about somewhere he is in his 30s or 40s  he had short black hair that was connected to a black beard he had some visible scars on his face he also had green eyes. He was wear a nice tailored crisp suit that was molded to his body he was a big man he had a stoic face in the picture he was walking out of courtroom with a bunch of other men. Marc features him with the black hair and green eyes and even the same noses.

" He was in court because of a murder of Raffaele  Cascio an Italian billionaire that was going broke and that had stole money from Santino and also was an pedophile. Santino charges was just dropped because there was not enough evidences to convict him of the murder even though he was last seen with him with. I'm telling you this to know what you are dealing with." I handed black the file to him

My head started to spin I tried googling the Sicignanos family but nothing comes up when I typed them in. I try not to get angry thinking about Angela and what she went through but she put those boys in to harms way and for me to pick up the baggage. Their only 4 years old yet they are around so much chaos and pain.

" As for Qudiar-" as he started to speak snapping me out of my train of thought again "- he is the leader of the Russian Mafia ain't nothing to mess with it seems that Salvi and Qudiar had a disagreement and Salvi was running for mayor in Italy. Salvi was becoming more powerful and also it was found out he was also part of the camorra which is an mafia type that deals with drug trafficking,racketeering, counterfeiting, money laundering etc." he said taking out another file

" Do you think that was really the reason they killed him and his family and Angela?" Taking the file from him their was an picture of an older fella he had white hair  brown eyes and some wrinkles on his face he looks about 60 years old.

" if I'm being honest with you I believe it's something deeper then that he wants to end the Sicignanos blood line for good theirs something he wants and we have to a least found out what it is" I look back at Antonio he was going through some more files. I looked at the picture this man is after my baby's if I had the opportunity to shoot him myself I would.

"How do you know he is the leader of the Russian mafia?" flipping through some of the files in the folders seeing pictures of I'm guessing his family as they kinda looks like him and finally seeing a picture or him and Salvi and his wife

" I don't really know I'm just making assumptions because his businesses sometimes mixes with dirty money on the side and how much powerful he is and untouchable he is and his name alone is attached to so many unsolved murders." He said staring in to my eyes

As I was about to close the file a picture slipped out and landed on the floor. I picked it up was about to place it back into the file but something caught my attention it was a picture of Qudiar and my father my whole body frozed. This can't be why are they together in this picture?
