He loves to ask what I see
As I look into his eyes
Just hazel brown
He says
Honestly, I met him accidentally
But know him I did willingly
And when I look into his
Just hazel brown eyes
I see a flower
That just found light
I see a child
Alone, scared, scarred
Just found a shoulder
To lean on
A stray dog
That just found home
Laughter that lifts pain
Memories, the likes
Of rosses
So beautiful
That cover the darkness
I once knew
But every hurt
Leaves a scar.Every time, this goes unsaid,
'i see a future babe'
Is all my mouth
Can curve up.
