Kellin bit his lip nervously.
"Well um, I've been thinking and..."
"And what?" Sarah asked, way too cheerfully.
"I think that... Well I think-" He gets interrupted by Sarah's lips colliding with his own. She quickly pulls away when a guys voice interrupts them.
"Sarah babe, you coming?"
Sarah's cheerful face turned quickly into one of horror. She turned bright red and spun around to face the other guy.
Upon closer inspection Kellin realized the boy was Ashton Irwin, one of the biggest douches in the school.
Sarah stood awkwardly in between the 2 boys, not knowing what to say. Ashton, on the other hand, had a lot. "What the fuck do you think you're doing with my girl?" He faced Sarah. "What are you doing letting that asshole kiss you like that?" Back to Kellin. "If I catch you close to her ever again I'll-"
"I think you mean that you're the one with my girlfriend," Kellin cut him off, staring straight at him. "And if I were you I'd leave right now or-"
Ashton's clenched fist quickly left his side and flew up to collide with Kellin's face. He fell backwards, hitting his head on a locker on the way down and held his hand to his nose which was throbbing with pain. He slowly stood up, clenching his blood covered hand into a fist. He's about to swing it when Ashton kicks him in the stomach and Kellin lands back onto the floor with a thud.
"CAN YOU GUYS STOP!" Sarah screamed, tears running down her face. "This is all my fault anyway. I didn't mean for- for you guys to find out. I was planning on breaking up with Kellin anyways but-"
"You cheater! You fucking cheater!" Kellin yelled from the ground where he was slouched against a locker. "I've wanted to dump you forever but do you see me screwing around with any other girls?!?" He pointed at Ashton. "You can take this douchebag here! You're probably the best girl he deserves!"
"If I was dating some weird emo freak I'd want to cheat too," Ashton said before walking off with Sarah, leaving a crying, blood covered, Kellin on the floor behind them.
Kellin heard footsteps coming down the hallway and tried to get up, not wanting anyone to see him like that.
"Kel, oh my god are you okay!?!" Kellin had never been happier to hear Vic's voice.
