ethan's pov , 19th of june
i went outside for some fresh air. i looked around enjoying the sunny day and the beautiful landscape. southport really has its charm. i saw grayson walking alone, playing with a stick. i put my coffee cup down on the little glass table we had on the porch and headed towards him.
ever since that dance lesson he has been acting weird. something's wrong.
'grayson..' i yelled, running after him. ' wait up.'
he turned around and slowed down.
'what is wrong?' i asked. he looked tired and it seems he couldn't sleep well last night.
'nothing. i am fine.'
'you look like shit.' i raised my brows at him.
'thank you. we look the same.'
'seriously whats going on?'
'i saw andrea.' he said, stopping at his tracks.
'andrea?' i asked confused.
'red head andrea...my ex andrea, ethan, don't be so dumb.'
my eyes widen in surprise, 'you are shitting me.'
'no, i am not. i saw her in the front of the dance hall. she is attending it.' grayson said licking his lips.
' are you..are you okay?' i asked concerned for my brother.
'yeah...i just. i didn't expect to see her there.'
'was she alone?' i asked.
'yeah. it was like seeing someone from another life, e. i never thought i would be so nervous to meet her again. after all..i though i would never be weird around andrea. ' he said .
' are you like missing her now.. or?'
' i don't know , ethan. it is weird. i feel weird. how would you feel if you see davina after three years of no communication?' grayson said annoyed.
'woah.. don't get mad at me for asking. i am trying to talk. '
'well i don't wanna talk. okay? i will be fine. i am just going through some weird memory phase thing. i will be fine.'
' its just a weird coincidence.'
'when we broke up.. before nyu, she told me her ghost will haunt me forever to remind me that she is the best ex-girlfriend i will ever have.' grayson chuckled.
' i always thought you will make it, tho. ' i confessed.
'i could say the same about you and davina, but in the end you guys broke up, too.' grayson looked at me.
'why are we talking about them, again?' i asked. davina was a closed page.
' do you think she might be here with andrea?'
