Princees Zelda's Past II

//Princess Zelda's POV//

" Princess Zelda...?wake up
You're safe. Can you hear me?"

I slightly opened my eyes to see my close friend Malon along with My Mentor Impa above my head.
" M-Malon ,I-Impa where am I ? Is Linkie ok?" I shivered. The only thing I wanted was Link to be safe.The fear of failing to protect him was haunting me.

"You are at Lon Lon Ranch. Impa found you two laying on the ground.Also You don't need worry.He is alright. I've fed him and he is at the other room sleeping. Luckily when you fainted he fell on your chest. The baby's cries save both of you.When She came here and told me that she's found you , I was worried sick."
Malon explained, then went to kitchen to bring me some water to drink. I was feeling weak. I couldn't even lift my head up.

" Princess , You need to rest. Malon offered her house here for you to stay  until you decide to leave. "Impa said in a serious tone.

Malon came and gave me some new clothes to change. I really enjoyed dressing up with pants , Kolan and comforting clothes. Finally I could get rid of the dress. The girls helped me to change my clothes and took the dress to the washing machine.

A few minutes later I tried to stand up feelings my bones cracking through my entire body. I slowly Walked to the room where Linkie was sleeping. I slightly opened the door , carefully enough for not waking him up. There he was , an adorable two months old

I smiled and whispered " My baby , If you were older , you could be able to realize how much I love you. How much mean to me. I know , I will never be your biological mother...But she wanted to live the Big Life. She wanted to live like a queen. But she doesn't know what it takes to become a real Queen. I known I can't replace her. But I can be your cousin and mentor , guide you through the difficult Paths of Life , and give you all the love you deserve. You're my everything...You gave me a reason to live and stand up on my feet.
I'll always be by your side and Hold your hand till I My life comes to an end. I love you Linkie..and I always will..." I was feeling the tears falling from my eyes. I leaned down and lightly kissed his forehead.

But when I was about to head out of the room I heard his Cries. I quickly went back And lifted him up pulling him in my embrace with a white blanket.

I walked out of the room holding him
on me. We went on for a walk around the ranch for about ten
Minutes and then returned.

The next week I started training even more with my Triforce's Power. Casting all the magic and forbidden spells away from the ranch , Getting stronger and stronger each day was passing by.

Two months had passed quickly. I still couldn't accept that my best friend had betrayed me in the worst way.
Link was 4 months old and also a total sleepyhead.
As l lifted him on to me , Malon rashed in the room out of nowhere.

" Princess Zelda , you have to remain silent..Midna has sent dark soldiers along with monsters to kill you. You need to leave the ranch.! " Malon shouted worried.

My heart started beating fast. I was afraid. I was afraid And worries about myself , But Malon was like a sister to me.  I stood still for some seconds while holding Baby Link.

" Zelda you need to live Hyrule for your own Good. You're in grave danger both of you. We are going to be fine. As long as you are out of Hyrule we are all going to be ok. The ranch won't be hidden for Long." Malon said panicking

"Alright"

But before I could even do anything ,a loud boom was heard from a bit far away from the ranch. I knew it. It was them. I could sense their presence , especially Midna and Zant's.

" Princess Yoy need to Leave Right now!" Malon shouted in fear.
Without even thinking , I ran towards the stable and Quickly got on Epona
Placing Linkie in front of me , holding him tightly enough.
We started running and jumped of the bridge of the ranch.
We finally managed to reach the train station near it. I got off Epona lifting Little One on my embrace.

Luckily the train allowed horses in it.
I couldn't look back. All I could see was my kingdom falling apart.
Being dominated by the Twilight.
All  I could see was darkness.

But I knew that this wasn't the end.
