lost friend

My last one wasn't the best so immma try for this one to be better.

Freddy pov*
"Freddy who is this?" Billy asked me. He looked through some of my belongings that I had stored in a box.
I looked at the photo that he held in between his fingers, the photo is of my bestfriend, we had just came back from the movies and we're messing around with my old Polaroid. We we're making funny faces in a lot of them.

"That's (y/n)" I mumbled. "Who is she? Where is she?" Billy questions me more. "She's pretty" he mumble under his breath.

"She was on of us, but her mother came and got her and took her away. I haven't seen or heard from her since. She was my bestfriend, and to be honest my first crush" I said sitting up from laying down on my bed. "She was my first kiss actually" I couldn't finish what I was about to say before Billy cut me off. "Wait you have kissed someone!! You! I haven't even had my first kiss yet" Billy breathed out with a huf of frustration.

"Yes believe it or not. We were just 13 though, more of a joke. I didnt find it as a joke though. I could never tell how (y/n) she felt about it" I said getting up to grab the photo from him. I smile once I saw her in the photo.

I remember the day we kissed it was like it was yesterday.

*flashback*
"Loser, loser" the bullies screeched in my ears as I walk past them.

"Don't listen to them, they don't know what they're talking about you're nothing but a loser. Actually your like a superhero" (y/n) said walking next to me, she throws her arm around mine as we walk down to our class we had together.

"Ah a superhero you say, more like the kid standing hopeless on the sidewalk as the hero save the pretty girl."

"Pfft, shush now my dear friend, you are the superhero saving the pretty girl" she says walking into out class.

*(y/n) pov*

"Pfft, shush now my dear friend, you are the superhero saving the pretty girl" I say to him as I walk into math class. He doesn't realize he's more then he thinks he is, he's the strongest person I've ever met.

"And the pretty girl is?" He says throwing himself down on the chair next to mine. "Well me of course!" He doesn't realize that he's saving me from my past, saving me from myself.

*time skip*

"You know what, I bet you that he's never even kissed a girl, and he walks... wait... waddles around like he's all that" I hear some bullies say to Freddy as I walk around the corner. Freddy was standing by my locker waiting for me.

"Hey now I've kissed a girl before" Freddy says trying to sound convincing. He sees me and his eyes lighten up. "Oh yeah, name her" the short and fat bully demands.

"Me, he's kissed me" I say walking next to Freddy's side. "Not that long ago actually, I'd say the best kiss I have ever had" I say looking towards Freddy to see him staring at me in shock. I promised to myself I'd be there to help him always as he has promised the same.

I've always had feelings for him but I always hear him talking about this girl he likes but won't name, so I'd never shoot my shot.

At this point there were only about 7 people in this hallway, everyone had already left for last class.

"Prov it dweebs" they say pushing Freddy around. I looked to see Freddy still standing with this look that I couldn't name. I looked to Freddy and quickly went in for a qick kiss. Once our lips meet it felt amazing, the butterflies in my stomach were going crazy, my mind felt fuzzy and I felt happy, but it was over real fast. I pulled away and looked at the shocked faces around.

"See, so if were done here I've got to make it to English so see you all later"

End of Flashback

Freddy's pov.

Once her lips met mine I felt complete, it was a weird feeling, I was only 13 and I had felt so much with just that quick kiss.

"Why does no one bring her up though?" Billy asks taking me from my daydream.

"It's a rough topic around us all. Everyone had a bond with her, everyone loved her just as much as I did" i say to him getting up to grab my crutches.

"Boys, dinner!!" I hear Mary scream from downstairs.

"Welp time to go, please Billy don't ask about her. It will make Darla upset" I say leaving Billy behind.
