Epilogue

NICOLE'S POV

8 months later...

"BETH!" I exclaimed as I ran towards her to give her a hug.
"NIC!" She screamed as she hugged me back.
Then she went to hug her parents.

Beth has been sent to the girl's home ever since that incident, and today, they finally released her. When Beth's mother heard about what Beth did during all these years, she broke down and almost fainted. She was really disappointed in her.

And Beth's father?

Ever since he saw that incident on the news, he came back home. During all that time that he was gone, he went to do many part time jobs and therefore paid the debt that he owned the loansharks.
He got back together with Beth's mother and now they were on good terms.

He was really guilty that Beth did all this because of him.
Because he borrowed the money.

Although Beth's parents were disappointed in her, they knew that she did this to support the family and they forgived her.
And of course, I did too and we are best friends again.

As for me, I now lived happily with my parents, our relationship closer than ever.

Beth's family and mine decided to move out of the country and so we did. We were now both homeschooled.

I had a good education, loving parents and yummy food.

I have to say that
Life was pretty good.
