We spent the rest of our time talking
Keeping eachother company
Turns out similar roads we have been walking
Turns out all we needed was somebody.

We shared a couple drinks together
For the first time in a while I felt good
This would be a night to remember
Maybe I should invite her for some food.

"Could I possibly ask for your name?"
I would say, realizing I had not yet received it.

Strange was this beauty before me,
