He will start sweating, but will try to play it cool like he isn't effected by it, though it's clear he is.

He will start flirting with you and saying jokes like "Are you a pressure plate? Because you turn me on" (Yes... a Minecraft pun) while embarrassing the hell out of you until you kick him out.
Eijirou Kirishima
He will stand there for a minute just looking at you shocked and then he literally tries to cover up you with a towel or clothes.
Shoto Todoroki
Just like Kirishima he will stand there processing what he is seeing and then blushing really hard. Shoto will apologise and excuse himself.
Katsuki Bakugo
Well he either smile at you or be shocked, get mad at you and tell "What if someone else came to your room and saw it and not me?" Or start kissing you. it depends on his mood
Izuku Midoriya
"[Y-y/n]?" He will start apologising over and over almost crying and then shutting down the door loudly. Poor innocent eyes. Your conversation will be awkward because he will try to avoid you for a little bit.
Tamaki Amajiki
He will never go to your room without knocking ever, but lets just imagine he forgot to. Once he saw you he immediately rushed out of the room slamming door almost crying.
Hitoshi Shinso
Will stare at you until you notice and then you both will have a staring contest while you're putting your clothes on.
