Surprises

Scott and Harmony were done with the wrath called Mitch's period and Mitch was bored at home playing with Harmony as Scott went out to "run some errands".

"I can't believe daddy threw a whole fit! Maybe he's cranky!" Mitch talked to his daughter and she babbled. "Yes I know! He's so sensitive sometimes! Finally, someone understands. But he's loveable. Very very cuddly." Mitch smirked and his daughter definitely didn't care. "fine, we'll just watch Netflix you little fun sucker. I can't believe you're in your 11th month. So big!" Mitch babbled more than she did and she just yelled as he got up.

"I'm hungry, princess! Jeez, if you're gonna act like this, c'mon!" Mitch picked her up and they went to the kitchen together. Mitch found her some apple sauce and he made himself chips. When they got back to the couch, Mitch put on Pets the movie and Harmony watched contently. Mitch got a phone call mid movie and answered it.

"Hello?"

"Mitchie!" Kirstie cried through the phone.

"Babe are you okay? Do I need to come over-"

"I'm having twins!"

"WHAT?!" Mitch yelled and got up, excited and freaking out with her, as his daughter looked at him like he was crazy.

"There was two heartbeats. I'm having twins, Mitchie. I can't fucking believe it, oh my God."

"Congratulations, baby. I'm so happy for you, oh my God!"

"Thank you! Also please come over soon, I miss you and Ben wants to play video games with Scott." She giggled and Mitch smiled and rolled his eyes.

"Ok, honey! Scott is gone now, I don't know where he is. He went to run errands but something tells me he's lying."

"Mitch, you don't think he's cheating do you."

"No, I just.. I don't know. I get defensive but I'm distracting myself with Harmony. I know he isn't, I just-"

"I get it honey. You just really wanna know, it's okay. It's probably for something good. Don't worry, alright babe?" Kirstie reassured.

"Yes babe, I won't. Thanks though. Also congratulations! Imma continue watching this crazy baby." Mitch saw his child yell at the dog on the screen.

"Bye, babe."

Scott came home two hours later and by now, Mitch was just straight pissed. Harmony was sleeping and Mitch was on the couch, all puffy eyed and sulking in tears and bad thoughts. Scott saw him and smiled.

"Hi baby." Mitch noticed be had something in his back pocket.

"Where the fuck did you go?" Mitch growled at him and Scott knew he was in for it. "You argue with me, leave me and my daughter without saying where you're fucking going, and your dumbass is sitting here looking at me two and a half hours later. Do you know how worried I was, thinking about what I did wrong, thinking about how if you fucking lied to me for all these years, if you fucked died, or if you..." Mitch didn't finish the sentence as he held his knees go his chest and shook his head, hiding his face.

Scott realized what he was saying,being both taken back and feeling bad. "Princess, you thought I was cheating on you?" Scott said hurt and Mitch cried. "Princess I'm sorry I didn't tell you. I have a big surprise and now I have the chance to show you. I know you hate surprises but I needed to do this. Also, I'm never going to cheat on you. I fucking love you, I'm in love with you, and I don't plan on falling out of love with you. I want to marry you, I can't wait to find that perfect ring, I can't wait to make and have more kids with you and have our life together and singing and going on tour with you. I'm sorry for arguing with you earlier."
