I opened my eyes again. Not to be in my bedroom at the cabin, but to a dark room. "Funneh!" Kat frantically said while appearing from the shadows. "Are you alright?" I asked. "Yes but, I have some bad news. Really bad ones." Kat said. "Alright, what is it?" I asked. "Let me start from the beginning then." Kat said.

"Since I'm a spirit, I roam the earth freely, as long as my host is alive that is." Kat said. "What does that have to do with anything?" I asked. "Hear me out." Kat said. "I was spying on Amber, the witch. She had her staff and she was summoning something. There was a sudden splash of light. And then, appeared in her hand, a crystal, filled with power." Kat said with a worried look. "Those are relics. Relics are powerful objects that are sacred and one of a kind. It's not everyday you see a relic floating out and about." Kat said. "I didn't know what she was doing at first, but then, she and the relic became one. Meaning, she took the relics' power." Kat said. "I don't like where this is headed at all." I said. "You shouldn't. She is far more powerful. But still killable, just nearly immortal." Kat said. "Well, I've heard about relics. There are 7 relics right? Each represent a warrior and its kingdom." I said. "Yes." Kat said. "What relic did she use?" I asked. "Darkinva, relic of Darkness." Kat said.

"After absorbing the relic, she will become more and more powerful as she gets use to it. Her main target, is you and your family, Funneh. But because she wants you to suffer, she will start by taking each of your siblings and loved ones away. And it started with your mother and father." Kat said.

I stared at Kat with widened eyes. She wanted me? But why? This probably has something to do with ruining her plans again. But if they want my family, they'll have to get through me first. "If she wants my siblings she'll have to get through me first!" I said. "I like that attitude. You're kinda like me. Uhh...we are the same person haha." Kat laughed at herself.

"Do you know of any ways to remove the relic?" I asked. The only way I had a chance against her is if I can somehow remove the relic. "Yes, there are ways to remove a relic. It can kill the relic holder in a snap when it's removed too." Kat said. "Awesome! That's easy. Just remove the relic and everything will be fine!" I said happily. "But..." Kat started but her voice trailed. "But what?" I said worried. "Everything comes with a price..." Kat said quietly. "What price? It can't be that bad." I said trying to lighten the mood. "Life." Kat said. "Life?" I questioned. "It costs the relic remover's life to remove a relic." Kat said. And those words echoed in my ears.

It costs your life to remove a relic. But who can and will remove the relic? "Who else can remove a relic?" I asked. "Either a person born with magic, a witch or wizard, and or a normal human with years and years of training with magic." Kat said. I can remove the relic. I just have to learn how. But, how do I remove the relic? "How do I remove the relic?" I asked in a hurry. "What?! You want to remove the relic?! It'll cost your life Funneh!" Kat shouted. "It doesn't matter. My siblings and the kingdoms are far more important anyways." I said. "B-but. You won't be able to be with your siblings afterwards. You sure about this?" Kat asked. "I'm positive. If I don't do this, no on else will. I'd rather die and let my siblings carry out their life. I'd rather use my one life to save hundreds of other lives! If I don't do it, she'll conquer and take all the kingdoms and kill everyone! I'm not about to let that happen! Ever. Not as long as I'm still alive." I said sternly.

"Fine. You know what's funny?" Kat said. "What?" I asked confused. "I know we are the same people-ish with different souls and different time paradox, but looks like we have some similarities. Heck, I died almost the same way you are going to...sacrificing for others." Kat said. "That's quite coincidental." I said laughing.

"There's a spell to removing a relic. But there is one requirement." Kat said seriously. "What requirement?" I asked. "The relic holder must be paralyzed and frozen in place. They can't be moving or the spell won't work." Kat said. "Okay, what's the spell for removing it then?" I asked. "The spell to remove a relic is 'Reliquia Remotionem'. And to paralyze someone, say 'Restringunt'." Kat said. "What is the time limit for paralyzing?" I asked. "A normal paralyzation spell is usually 10 seconds. But an enhance paralyzation ranges from 1 to 5 minute depending on the users' strength." Kat stated. "How do you enhance paralyze and realize when they'll be un-paralyzed soon?" I asked. "To enhance paralyze, say 'Augendae Restringunt Magicae'. It's long, I know. And to know when the spell wears off? Well, the person being casted on will start to have a faint glow. You'll know when you see it. Why?" Kat asked. "No reason. Just wanted to know." I said.

"Anyways, Amber will be constantly attacking and sending troops after troops. She'll be expecting you on the battlefield I think. But she doesn't know about you being gone and all. She will be trying to weaken your siblings defense and then take the final blow soon. I don't know when though." Kat said. "Alright, thank you Kat." I said with a faint smile. "Anytime. I was once in your shoes. It's hard. But sometimes, you have to make choices and sacrifice." Kat said. "Good Luck, Funneh." Kat said before I finally came into vision of my room.
