Chapter 7- A Midnight Dreary

2 days LaTeR (YEET TIME)

It was the morning we had to leave Brightania. I was kinda glad. For the past two days, all we did was go to classes, eat, hang out, eat again, sleep, and repeat. It was getting old. Though the classes weren't bad.

The carriages were all ready to go. I was the first one up surprisingly. We were told we would have breakfast and then leave. At least we weren't leaving with an empty stomach. Phew.

I slide the curtains open and let the sun shine in. I soon walked into the bathroom to change, brush my teeth, and apply makeup. I put my necklace and walked out.

To my surprise, non if my siblings were awake. Not even Gold. I took this chance to revenge on Rainbow. I got a cup and poured ice cold water into it. Walked over to Rainbow's bed, and soon...

SPLASH

"AhAhahhHhHhHhhHhHh!!!" Rainbow screamed as if she had seen a ghost. Gee, thank goodness it was SUPER loud that our next door roomies could hear. Gold woke up from the sudden scream.

"WHAT? WHO GOT MURDERED." Gold said quickly. "Aish. No one got murdered, just Rainbow had a little taste of her own medicine." I said with a laugh. "H-hey! I-it's not funneh! H-heh. G-get t-the p-pun?" Rainbow said while shivering. "On second thought, you deserved that Rainbow." Gold said. "H-hey!" Rainbow argued.

"What's with the commotion?" Draco said rubbing his eyes. "Oh nothing, I only poured ice cold water on Rainbow as payback." I said laughing. "Hah! Deserved it." Draco said chuckling, probably remembering when Rainbow did that to him.

Lunar got out of bed and headed to the bathroom. She came out in a purple dress. It was laced at the top decorated with tiny diamonds. She had black fingerless gloves on. Accompanying that, she wore thin black tights with purple heels.

Gold was dressed in a gold dress. The dress was off the shoulders too. Pass the knee a little and white gloves. She had white heeled boots on. Multiple bracelets were on her wrist.

Rainbow was in a pink and blue dress. It was decorated with diamonds at the bottom. She had white heels accompanying her. Along with multiple bracelets too.

Draco had on a simple navy blue t shirt, red sweater jacket with a hood. He also wore black dress pants.

I was in a above the knee dress. It was off the shoulders and decorated with diamonds. We all wore our tiaras and Draco had a crown thing going on too.

We packed all of our belongings and had it ushered to our carriage. We all went downstairs for breakfast.

"Good morning Evelyn." I said as I was grabbing my food. "Hey Funneh! I hope your stay here at Brightania was bearable. I know it isn't as luxurious as your kingdom." Evelyn said. "Oh no no! The stay here was lovely. Thank you for having us." I said. "You're too kind Funneh. I'll see you around then!" Evelyn said. "Bye Evelyn!" I said.

I went back to the krew's table. Beside us was Prince Alec and Prince Kyran. Along with another boy that has navy blue hair. Kinda looks like Kryan.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. We headed off to the carriages and got on. Evelyn came over to Gold and I and said, "I'll see you girls soon!" We waved her good bye as out carriages started picking up speed. Fun. 6 more hours of boringness.

Turns out our way home was delayed. A tree blocked the path and we had to take a long way turn. It took us about 10 hours. I was literally suffering.

10 hours LaTeR (YEET TIME x2)

"Alas! We are finally home! These Afternoon Breeze, Reminding me of our garden trees." I said jokingly. "Funneh! Are you okay?" Rainbow said laughing at my silliness. "I'm sorry, time has made me poetic." I said. "It was only 10 hours." Gold said eye rolling. "Whatever." I said. "Your majesties, we are at the castle now." the guard said. "Alright, thank you sir." Gold said. We got off the carriage. At the door way of the castle, Mother and Father stood there. "Mother! Father!" Rainbow said. We all ran up to them and gave them a bear hug. "Hello my royal sunshines." Mother said with delight. "We missed you mother!" Lunar said. "And how much we missed you all." Father said. I was glad to be home. There's no place like home.

We had a literal major dinner. The chef took out their A+++++++++++++++[15] game. It was absolutely AMAZING. Remember when I said the meal at Brightania was awesome? Scratch that. This is literally the bomb. Oh my gosh! I was blown to heaven. Literally.

I was in my room before a Mia knocked on the door. "Princess Funneh? Your mother and father requested for you in their bedroom." Mia said. "Alright, thank you." I said. Why did mother and father request for me? Gosh I hope I didn't do anything wrong.

I walked upstairs to their room. I took a second to breathe in. I knocked on the door. "Come in." said a voice. I opened the door. To my surprise, all my siblings were there. All eyes were on me. "Mother, Father, you asked for me?" I asked. "Yes, we wanted to tell you something." Mother said. I sat down next to Lunar. I was in the middle.

"What did you guys want to tell me about?" I asked. "A missing memory of your past." Mother said.

"What?" I asked not catching on.

"This will explain why everyone was freaking out when you couldn't be found anywhere." Draco said.

"It all happened 8 years ago."

Italics is Funneh's mom telling the story

We were at Brightania that year. For a quick visit to Evelyn's parents. We brought you all along because we were afraid something might happen to you. One night, we couldn't find you anywhere. And I mean anywhere. You were no where in sight. All 6 of us were at the castle gates, nearly put of breath. Out of no where, a witch laugh appeared. There was black smoke in front of us.

Then she appeared. A witch. "Looky here...isn't it my dearest sister." the witch said with a laugh. "What do you want?!" I asked the witch. "I wouldn't speak in that tone if I were you dear, or your daughter might not see the sunrise. I know how much she loves the moment." the witch said laughing again.

The witch snapped her hand and a bubble appeared in her hand. The bubble grew larger and larger, eventually showing a girl in it with blue hair. The bubble popped and the girl was now in the witch's grasp. The witch put a knife across the girl's neck.

I was shocked. Scared for my child. "What is wrong with you Amber!" I shouted. Tears were streaming down my face. All of your siblings were crying. Even though Draco was around 8 years old, he seemed to understand what was going on. Reinforcement guards came but couldn't go closer. Most of the townsfolk were watching now, terrified and at the same time feels sorrow for the little blue headed girl.

The witch didn't notice, but the girl started to wake up. When the girl was in full conscious, she seem to knew the situation she was in. Because the second to was completely out of her slumber, she stepped on the witch's foot with her heels making the witch gasp and loosen the grip. She then kicked the witch in her stomach. The little girl was now free and running towards her parents. Her siblings gave her a tight hug. All of them were crying now.

Gold turned to look at the witch with disgust. Lunar stared at the witch and said, "You are a disgrace to all witch kinda you moron." Gold gave the witch her GoldenGlare. "Fine, I know when I'm not wanted. Just know that this isn't the end, it's only the painful beginning." the witch said and casted a transportation spell it seems.

A few days later, the little girl continuously had nightmares. One after another. I decided to take her to the royal wizard. He casted a memory spell on her. The little girl wouldn't be able to remember anything that happened during those few hours. (They were back at Crystalia by now.)
