"Hmh~ Look at the food!" Maya drooled, seeing all the food you ordered. Since you were paying, everyone ordered as many as they can.

Miles just ordered an Soba, you ordered ramen, Maya and Phoenix ordered probably 2 or more ramen and sushis.

"You two ordered too much!" You exclaimed the both of them chuckled. Then Miles grabbed your hand softly and examined the star bracelet.

"You really like keeping things? Like the keychain I told you to keep.. and then this Bracelet." You laughed in embarrassment.

"It's the only thing that reminds me of you, besides you left without saying anything." You smiled at him, he scratched his head and let go of your hand.

"Come on you two, eat already!" Maya said as she finishes the first bowl, you were shocked on how fast she eats.

"You already finished eating?" You asked as you slurp on your ramen, she giggled and went for her other bowl.

Phoenix and Miles was eating peacefully.

*after eating*

"Woh~! I'm so full." Phoenix said as he holds his belly, you snicker. Then Maya asked if the four of us could go to the park.

"Park?" Miles said Maya nodded.

"Let's go then, we still have enough time." Miles said as he slightly smile

*at the park*

"It beautiful here at night.." You said while looking around, seeing people walk around the park holding hands.

"I agree, it's very pretty here!" Phoenix said as he smiled happily, you looked at him and smiled.

"If only Larry was here to see you, Miles." You said while looking at him, he looked at you and blush a little.

"It's alright, I guess Larry is busy." Miles reassured you, he was that one type of boy who doesn't really care if the person comes or not.

"You're very kind." You smiled at him, then Maya cleared her throat.

"Nick, I'm sleepy let's go home!" Maya said as she tugs on Phoenix's suit, you giggled.

"Yeah! See you guys around!" The two immediately ran away, and then you realized you were alone with Miles.

"Eh!?"

Miles slightly laughed, you pout and then looked at Miles again.

"Hey, I haven't asked this.." He looked at you and waited for your question.

"Why did you leave anyway?" You asked, He doesn't seem like he wants to answer your question.

"No, it's alright. You don't have to answer." You chuckled.

"It's fine, I can tell you." He rests his arms on the bridge, you did as wel and waited for his response.

"My father.. was killed at the DL-6 incident, I lost my father.. so no one will take care of me. But there was this one guy. That took me to his house."

"He demanded that I should abandon you guys, I followed so you guys wouldn't be so sad when I leave."

"But it seems like I've made you all worry so much." He facepalm himself you nod.

"I understand, I won't question any further." You looked at the lake, the fog slightly blurring it.

"How's life?" Miles asked suddenly, you looked at him and sighed.

"It's been fine, but recently I found out my mother was sick.. I wanted to go back to America, but she insisted that I stay here and worry about my work."

"She said to just send money, so she and her friend can pay the bills to the hospital.."

"That must be tough for you." Miles said as he stood up straight.

"I'm gonna go home now, you go home safely okay?" You nodded and he waved his goodbye to you.

He walked away, you looked at him and he disappeared, you sighed and went back to your house.

"You're home."
