Walking in the door to yours and your husband Liam's house. "Mommy!" Our 2 year old little girl Amber screeched running to me with her blonde curls flopping everywhere "Hey baby girl" You said smiling while picking her up. "How was your day with Daddy?" you asked kissing her forehead. "It was so fun! We went to the park, and he took me out for ice cream!" She exclaimed wrappying her little arms around your neck. "Aww well I'm glad you had a good day. Now what did you do with Daddy?" you asked her "He is taking a nap" She said jumping down from your arms to go play with her dolls.
Sighing walking upstairs to yours and Liam's room to see him passed out on the bed. Grabbing some sweat pants and one of Liam's t-shirts and walking back downstairs to play with Amber. "Hey sweetheart" You said plopping down on the couch next to her. "Mommy, will you play with me?" She asked giving you those puppy dog eyes. "Oh...I guess" you giggled at her excitment.
You sat there for a good 2 hours playing with her. "Baby are you hungry?" You asked her as she sat down in your lap. "Yeah my belly is hungry" She giggled. "Well you can help me cook!" You smiled picking her up. "Will you carry me like a baby?" She asked Switching her position and carrying her like a baby to the kitchen. "Now what does your little belly want? You said poking her tummy. "Ghetti!" (spaghetti) she yelled! "Okay hun, lets go wake daddy up first."
"Daddy daddy! Get up! Help me and mommy cook dinner!" Amber yelled jumping on top of Liam. Leaning against the door frame giggling at her jumping on him "Ughh Amber! Get off me!" He groaned rolling over causing her to tumble to the floor. "Mommy, he pushed me off!" She said as she started crying. "Come here" you cood picking her up "Liam be more careful! You whisper/yelled Taking her out of the room trying to calm her down you heard Liam following you. "Shhh baby its okay. He didn't mean it" you said kissing her forehead. "But it hurt" she said crying harder.
Sitting down on the couch with her rocking her back and forth while she cried into your neck "Shh shh calm down. Daddy didn't mean to hurt you." You said sighing knowing that she won't quit crying for a while. "Baby girl I didn't mean to hurt you. I just wasn't paying attention" Liam said coming down the stairs with tears in his eyes. "Get away from me!" she screeched curling up in a ball in my lap. Liam has tears falling down his face. He hated when he hurt a little kid or said something mean. "Come her Liam" you said holding your arm out which he sat next to you lying his head on your shoulder.
"Amber.. I'm sorry I didn't mean to hurt you baby girl" Liam said crying into your shoulder. "Liam it will be okay" You said sitting Amber down and letting her throw a fit and rocking Liam back and forth. "Amber stop throwing a fit and come listen to what he has to say." You said kissing his forehead and grabbing Amber and sitting her in your lap. "Baby girl, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you. I was just not fully awake and didn't realize you were right there." He said wiping his tears away. "I love you daddy" She said crawling into his lap.
"I love you too baby girl" He said rocking her back and forth kissing her forehead. Smiling at them you got up to go make some dinner. While putting the noodles in the pan you heard Liam and Amber giggling. Smiling to yourself you decide to see what was going on. Liam was tickling her while she was squirming everywhere.
As you finished dinner you heard Amber laughing and saw her running around the house with Liam chasing her. "Guys dinner is ready!" You called out. Amber ran as fast as she could trying to get to her food as she ended up falling on her bum. "Woah careful sweetheart." Liam said picking her up and sitting her down in her high chair. "Here you guys go" You said handing them their plates. "Thank you babe" Liam said digging in. "Fwank woo mommy!" Amber said with a mouthful of pasta.
After you all finished Amber went to go play again. "Here let me do the dishes. Its the least I could do." Liam said to you kissing your cheek then dissapear into the kitchen. "Mommy come play with me!" You two started playing and as you layed down on your back she jumped on your stomach tackling you. "Ughh" You groanded as she came in contact with your stomach. "Hun its almost Amber's bedtime!" Liam yelled from the kitchen. "Bathtime!" she yelled running to the bathroom.
After you gave her a bath she got her Pj's on and was lying in her bed. "Goodnight mommy. I love you" She said kissing your cheek "Goodnight baby girl. I love you too." You say kissing her forehead and tucking her in. Sighing as you walked out and went in the bathroom to take your contacts out and put your glasses on. " I love you" Liam said appering behind you. " I love you too" you say pulling your hair up in a messy bun. As you turn around Liam smashes his lips against yours pushing you up against the sink. "Mommy, daddy?" You hear Amber whisper from the bathroom door. Pulling away from the kiss "Yes baby?" You ask "Can I sleep with you two tonight? Please?" She whispers holding her teddy bear and blanket. "Yes baby girl" Liam said picking her up as she layed her head on his shoulder.
"Goodnight sweetheart" I whisper into her ear as she dozed off on Liam's chest, and with that she was out. "Goodnight babe. I love you" Liam said pulling you into his side. "Goodnight. I love you too" you said kissing his cheek and wrapping your arm around his waist. Soon you both fell into a peaceful sleep.
