Satine Kryze is the daughter of wealthy Roman senator Adonai Kryze,
Obi Wan Kenobi was a young man with a great future ahead of him. Until the romans raided his village and took all the young women for themselves and the young men to sell as slaves.
One day, Senator Kryze goes to the marketplace as he is need of slaves. He buys Obi Wan, and takes him and a few others to his estate.
One night, a group of men attempt to kill the Senator and his family. But Obi Wan rescues them, getting wounded in the process. He is hailed as a hero and Satine cares for him personally.
There, Obi Wan falls in love with Satine and the two have a hidden relationship.
But what happens when an angry suitor realizes what's going on? What happens when Obi Wan is sent away to become a gladiator?
And then, after winning his freedom and making a name for himself, what happens when he comes back to the Kryze estate, older, wiser, scarred, and successful? What happens when reunites with his love and finds out that her husband is dead?
And what happens when he meets her son, whose father is not who he thinks it is?
