Chapter 6: I Am Not Giving Up

After the humiliating moment Diana demands the girls to come with her but Laura and Maddy tell her that they are not going anywhere with her and that they have enough money combined to get an apartment. 

"You guys could stay with us if you want, we have five spare rooms". Austin offers the girls 

Laura passes an exciting look towards Austin but then looks at Maddy hoping she would accept the offer but Maddy denies and tells him that they would be better off in their personal space. Jen comes to Austin and says 

"I'll take the offer".

Austin tells her that the offer was only for Maddy and Laura. Maddy rolls her eyes and asks Laura that they should probably go as the real estate man is waiting for them at the apartment. Laura gives Austin a sad look and starts walking out of the hall with Maddy. Austin stops them and asks Maddy to at least stay for the performances and then she can leave. She looks at Laura who looks at her with a pout hoping that Maddy would agree. Maddy agrees and walks up front towards the stage, Austin looks at Laura and shakes his head pointing towards Maddy. Laura grabs Maddy by her arm and takes her up stage. Maddy stands still with hundreds of eyes staring at her. Maddy gathers up her courage and starts singing

Everyone loves her voice and start clapping as the song finishes. Austin gives her a cute smirk but Maddy ignores it and goes and hugs Laura and Lia. Austin gets upset so he goes up stage and sings a song he was working on for a while since his inspiration was HRVY.

Maddy stares at Austin with her eyes full of tears and cannot believe that he sang that for her. She goes up stage and hugs him very tightly. Austin gives her the same smirk and this time instead of ignoring it she laughs at it. Maddy cries and apologizes for her attitude, Austin tells her that the only thing that hurt him was her sadness.

"I promised to myself that I will never give up on you". Austin whispers in her ear.
