Title your Story Part

We get in and my moms home "mom I have a few visitors!" I yell from the front door "ok!" we go up to my room and turn on the tv and go on our phones.

We're all laughing and telling a bunch of story's when the tv changes channels by its self, "wtf!?" Delilah says then it changes to the news -- this goes to everyone !! attention!! attention!! this may sound crazy but.. the apocalypse is happening!! it's not safe out here, gather your family stay home! don't leave your house! I repeat, its not safe out here!! stay in your house!-- then my tv turns off I start freaking out! "mom!" I run downstairs and hug her "go upstairs pack your important stuff!" I run upstairs "guys stay with us! well be stopping at your houses if u need anything!" I tell them "ok" Layla crying and freaking out while Carl's trying to calm her down. i have all my stuff packed up, "mom were ready" "ok, let's go" we get in the car. So far I don't see anything, We stop at Delilah's first then Carl's, holy shit! carl has 2 pistols and bullets and 1 cross bow, but he has a sad look on his face and u can tell he was crying Delilah walks out with one 22 and a suitcase. now we need to stop at Layla's house, she walks in and brings out a suitcase and a pistol. right now I have no weapon so carl lends me a pistol and my mom gets to use the cross bow. "no one was home.." carl says "same" Delilah says "you don't want to know what I seen.." Layla says tearing up and Turning away.

"We need to go to the store and store up some food and other stuff" my mom says "ok" we get out "now listen up! we all stay together! no splitting up! You hear?" she says being serious "yes" we all say so we keep walking and open the door. My mom grabs a shit load of food, I look around for stuff ill be needing clothes, I grab undies socks and a lot of sweater and boots, and tops and bottoms! I look around and I see pillows, blankets and sleeping bags I grab a bunch! 1 for each person which I needed help to carry we carry everything to the van. "We need tents" mom says "lets go grab some" we walk in and look around we grab 1 really big one that has 2 rooms and one main room! our trunk still has a lot of room so my mom grabs medicine. we keep driving when my mom finds a place to put our tent it's a rooftop. So we all have to carry a bag which helps a lot because we won't need to come down for another trip, we go up and put our stuff up we put the tent up and our own side of the tent we each get a corner to put our stuff so I put my clothes in one bag and my weapons in one corner and just shows by the door so does everyone one else and put there stuff the same thing. I grab a pillow and blanket and do my bed, I'm sharing a room with Delilah and carl and Layla share a room my mom gets the main room, we each have a snack. my mom walks in and hugs me I hug her back "I'm so scared" I say "me to, but we have to stay strong"

That night

The lanterns on.. I can't believe this all just happened.. so fast. I look over at carl and Layla. of coarse, why like a guy when he doesn't even like you back? whatever.. I'm going to bed.

Carl's POV.

Layla giggles, I walk over to grab my phone "I'm gonna lay down, you should get some rest" I say to Layla "ok" I put my ear phones in and quietly listen to music, when I here quiet sobs, I look around and take my ear phones out, I look at see that it's hazel.. I feel like crap, yesterday me and her were about to kiss, to be honest I don't like Layla, I like her as a friend but.. I actually like hazel.. I get up and walk over to her and sit down, she's crying. she sits up and wipes the tears away, "I'm sorry" she says "no its fine" I look at her and hug her. I kiss her forehead. "I don't even know where my dad is"
She says while her voice cracks up because her throat hurts when she's about to cry, it hurts. I know the feeling.. I stand up and hold my hand out waiting for her response, she grabs my hand. "lets go for a adventure" I smile "that would be fun, but there are dead things walking around" she says sarcastically boy do I like it when she does that. She puts her boots on and I put my shoes on.
We walk out.. the moons shining really bright. she looks up at it, I look at her while the brightness shines down on her face, she's beautiful, I didn't notice but her eyes are grey, she looks at me "what?" she says smiling, showing her dimples, "nothing, your just really beautiful" she looks down still smiling.

I put my hand in her hand, "for protection" she just goes with it, she has her pistol tucked in her shorts. I have mine in my jean pocket.

And we begin to walk.

Hazels POV.

He puts his hand in my hand.
"For protection" he says his hand is soft.

And we begin to walk.

We walk down the road. nothing.

"I know a really beautiful angle to stare into the sky, I used to go there all the time!" he says "lets go!" we keep walking when we hear groaning, he points the gun to the walkers head "stand back" he says to me, he releases my had and it gets cold.

He pulls the trigger.. I'm terrified of what I just seen.

"C'mon!" I say grabbing his shoulder. while we're running he's still looking back, I bet he's wondering of what he just did..

We're about to turn around this corner when we see a lot of walkers just standing around.. "holy shit! Run!" we run when we here a gun shot, "what the hell!?" I say still running "there" he points at a ladder.

We climb as fast as we can, when we get to the top there's people!!

"Back up! search them!" a dark skinned man says "oh come on!t-dog, there just teenagers!" another person says she's blonde.

I don't know what to say.

"Lucky we saved your ass's! what you doing at night wondering around? your gonna get infected!" another guy says he has a cross now in his hand.

"We were just adventuring! sorry!" I said with an attitude, this guy is being an asshole! "do you guys have any one else with you?" t-dog asks "yes, my mom and two of my friends, back at our tent" I say relieved "well.. if you want, you could come with us! back at our prison.." he says spitting to the ground "yes! thanks!" I say excited "well go get them in the morning.." a lady says she has brown hair, and has a round belly. "mom!!" carl yells running to her hugging her. I stand back smiling, I'm glad he's happy.

"Thought you were gone!"
"I thought you were with your dad.." now they both have a sorrow look on there face.
"There's to many walkers crowding down there, you gotta stay the night.." Andrea says

The man with the cross bow is leading us to our bed, "by the way I'm Daryl" I look at him.

"Now here's y'all bed, you'll be sharing it, we don't have another one, get all lovey dovey and will see you in the mornin'" carl blushes and looks at me, I smile.
