Irene stood outside in the rain waiting for Jackson for their date. Months had gone by and things were going good. Great even. He was amazing with her. Their schedules had been hectic with freak comebacks and other works lining up for them both: he became an ambassador for L'Oréal and she one for Clinique, their personal and group endeavours picking up greater momentum but the fact remained that they had a home within each other. They called and messaged when they could and met up when the time was right. They became known as the ultimate power couple amongst the other idols who knew and had heard of their relationship, they made time for each other and still managed to keep it away from public eye.

Everything had been perfect and things were still going perfect. She looked up at the rain. Six months had passed and they were still immensely in love. He reassured her when she had doubts, he held her hand when she faltered and he remained as a constant support throughout her now ever growing career.

RedVelvet and Got7 were well on their way for greater success, they had achieved so much but never believed that the sky's the limit. She was proud of not only her girls but her boys too. She smiled look up at the rain that fell delicately around her. She was happy. She was so happy and she had never experienced this much happiness in awhile and she knew that she owed it to one man. One man who had rendered her helpless, completely at his mercy; and she loved it.

She watched as a raindrop fell in front of her reuniting with the puddle on the floor, she smiled stretching her arm out to feel Mother Nature at its finest. She heard a cough from behind her. Turning to the intruder, her eyes locking with Youngji's who now stood in front of her. The two didn't say anything, just stared at each other remaining cautious. "I'm sorry." She finally heard. "It was wrong...it was wrong for me to be the way I was. He's in love with you and I knew it, I just..." Irene smiled up at her pulling her into a hug. "All you did was love Youngji. I can't fault you for that. No one can." Youngji looked up at her in shock. "I know. I could see it. And I understand. I admire you. Even if your technique was wrong, all you did was fight for love. You were there for him when I wasn't, you were there before I was...I hold nothing against you. It's been months...I've moved on. I'm happy, and you should be too."

They heard footsteps fast approaching, Jackson standing a few steps away in a dark blue suit, his eyes locking with Irene's. He walked up to her, his hand resting on his her waist as she smiled up at him. She turned back to Youngji. "I accept your apology...and I hope and pray that you find someone who will love you back with equal passion, because you deserve it...your a good person Youngji. Don't lose yourself." Irene finished as Jackson looked at her giving her a small nod, before moving with Irene. "How can you just forgive me like that Irene? I almost ruined you.." "But you didn't." Irene turned. "One thing I've learnt Youngji is that a strong woman doesn't need to rip apart another woman to make herself look good. I forgive you because I wouldn't be able to move on if I didn't." She offered her a smile before turning back to Jackson walking away with him.

She held Jackson's hand as they walked away. He planted a kiss on the side of her forehead. "Your amazing you know that right?" She laughed. "Yes someone reminds me every day.." she said. "Oh really? Who is that amazing man?" She shoved him slightly. "My dog." She laughed at his hurt face. "Oh god you should have seen your face...i wish i had a camera on me right now." She was cut off by his lips shutting her up. She smirked against him, kissing back. "Awwww is your man ego wounded."  He wrapped one arm around her waist. "Yeah it is...I think you should kiss it better." She chuckled. "That can be arranged Mr Wang.." he leaned closer. "Good Ms Bae." He whispered as she connected their lips together. They separated moments later, "Come on...I want to take you somewhere..." he stretched out his hand, his eyes meeting hers. She smiled back up at him placing her hand in his as they moved off.

Irene and Jackson arrived at this secluded place, she looked at him. "Is this where you kill me?" He rolled his eyes "Of course..." she laughed as he got out to open the door for her, "Come on missy." He helped her out, making sure that her dress wasn't caught in the door as she did. He helped her walk out onto the isolated beach, gripping her hand tightly "Is this the one we came to for our first date?" She questioned looking around. He nodded with a smile as he led her down the beach. He made her stand in the open marquee that was decorated with beautiful flowers wrapped around the four pillars. She smiled turning her back to inspect it. She turned back around her eyes widening as she saw him on one knee. "Jack...what are you doing?" He smirked up at her. "Remember when I said wait till I put a ring on it..." her eyes widened. "Jack..." "I know...we have only been together properly for six months but I'm sure about this. I have waited long enough for this day and I've know you for more than that. Everyday has been better with you in it. It's been hard, the constant back forth and the hit and miss but we have over come it...we are doing so well and I know that it will only get better. I love you so much Babygirl...so much, and I want to openly be able to claim you as mine in front of the entire world. I want to kiss you at award functions, I want to openly thank you for staying by my side and I want to be able to go up to you without questioning looks. I love you irene...I have been for years and now that I have your hand in mine, I'm never letting it go. I promised that from the day I made you my girlfriend and I will continue that promise with you as my wife." He pauses seeing tears in her eyes. "Irene...will you marry me?" She let out a sob as she crashed to her knees and into him. He chuckled slightly through his own tears. "Is that a yes?" He asked cheekily. She looked at him creating a small distance, "Yes." She replied, kissing him, he smiled against her as he slipped the ring on her finger. She hugged him, both still on their knees. They stood up as he swung her around, she laughed as party poppers were let off. She jumped into his arms as their family came out from their hiding spots, he laughed kissing her forehead as the boys and girls came out to congratulate them.

They sat in front of the campfire, singing and dancing hours later. He pulled her into his arms. "You ready soon to be Ms Wang." She kissed his cheek. "Of course. We are team Wang aren't we." His eyes softened as he kissed her. Youngjae laughed. "Hey love birds you have a life time for that, pay attention to us." They laughed as they turned back to their families enjoying another beautiful moment together.
