His son is next in line for the throne so obviously he's being tough on his son Lex, but Lex doesn't like this so the king Ted doesn't like this so normally he's pissy with his son , but he treats his daughter like she's the world , so he plays favorites but he's a good ruler, so he's kind of mean but not he's also kind of a stuck up person so he isn't a bad guy but he isn't good though either .
