「Connie P.O.V.」

"I saw him, standing there, with his beautiful brown hair, his rough but soft skin, the sand be
tween his toes, and that smile. Oh, that smile. Could easily send anyone to tears. But not her. She just stood and admired the amazingly beautiful and talented man that was in front of her."

BEEP, BEEP, BE- Connie quickly smashed her alarm clock as she arose from her bed. She slowly turned to her right, where her nightstand was. She picked up her phone, "Still no messages..." she sighed.

She decided if she wanted to talk to Steven she had to do it herself. It was around 8, so she knew he would have been up. Maybe. He had recently stopped running the school, so he had more free time.

C=Connie)

C - hey! it's been a while... ey?
S - heyo! it has been, hasn't it? hehe-
C - yea! how are you?
S - hehee, better now :)
C - well, that's good to hear!
C - do you wanna hang out soon? maaaaaaaaybe this weekend?
S - sure! i'll ask the gems if you could come over.
C - great!

「Steven P.O.V」

I clutch my phone to my chest and let out a heartfelt sigh. I've never felt like this before. Every time I see her, I feel this knot in my stomach. I want her. No, I need her. She makes me really happy, and somewhat excited. Well, the thing in my pants definitely gets excited.

As I go downstairs, I see Amethyst sitting on the couch, eating mac and cheese powder.

"Hey, Amethyst! Connie is coming over this weekend, is that ok?"

"Ehh, I don't really care. As long as you don't fu-"
"Don't finish that sentence. My face turns a cherry tomato red as Amethyst smirks at me.

Pearl and Garnet suddenly arrive from some sort of meeting.

"Hey Pearl, Hey Garnet!"

"Hello, Steven.
"So, Connie's coming over right?" Garnet asked.

"Haha, yea. I haven't seen her in along time!" I chuckle.

Garnet adjusts her glasses, showing that she's predicting the future. She smugly smirks and gives me a thumbs up.

I'm a bit skeptical, but I shrug it off.

「Connie P.O.V.」

I jump in excitement knowing that I finally get to see him again. I run downstairs to tell my Dad.

"Hey dad! Im going to Steven's this weekend, is that ok?"

"Of course! I'll be out anyway, and I trust him. He seems like a good guy" Mr.Mahashwaren chuckled. He gives me a quick wink, and I punch his arm playfully.
I cross my arms and he laughs, "Its very obvious you like him. I acted the same way you do in highschool when I met your mother. "

"Wait really? You liked mom in highschool?"

"Of course I did! How do you think we ended up getting up married?"

"Like... at the doctors office or something?"

"Pshh, no, you silly goose. Let me tell you about how we met."

"Class dismissed." The bell rung, causing a slight ring in my ears. I stand up, packing my things,  when I noticed a girl. She was scrambling to get all of her things, because she's always copying literally every word the instructor says. Once I'm done packing my things, I walk over to help her.

"Need a little help?"

"Oh, this? Haha- n-no, thank you though."

I helped her anyway. She seemed nice enough.

"What's your name?" I asked.

"Priyanka. You can call me Yan though."

"It's Doug."
