Hermione's first period

Chapter 3: telling her mum

it was her 3rd day of being on her period and hermione decided to send an owl to her mum to tell her the news she sent the owl and went on with the rest of her day. Ron took it surprisingly well... Until they got into an argument about ron not being allowed to copy off hermione but she got more emotional than usual so she left the common room in a rage and harry ran after her and called after her but she didn't answer, so he decided to leave it and thought she would come around as she always did but little did he know that things were going to change...

Hermione's POV:

i was so angry at ron that tears started forming so i ran and on my way to the bathroom, i bumped into someone i said a quiet sorry and held my head low, then i heard a voice that shocked me " well well well, if it isn't granger, looks like your boyfriend broke up with you, crabbe and goyle, go back to the common room, i want to deal with granger by myself," crabbe and goyle left and hermione was just about to leave when malfoy grabbed her wrist and pulled her into an empty classroom. " what do you want malfoy? i have to go somewhere, now please may i leave?" i said in an annoyed tone of voice. Malfoy's eyes looked softer when he replied " i know something is bothering you will you tell me what it is?" i tried to pluck up the courage to tell him that i needed to go but i burst into tears and he put his arm around me and i felt strange, i think i love him... he then said when i had calmed down a bit " i've always had a soft spot for you granger but i didn't want to admit it because my father wants me to fall for a pureblood but i couldn't help falling for you..." he trailed off and i knew that i loved him, when he finished i turned his face towards me and i kissed him. i then ran up to the common room and sat by Ginny and i told her everything from the argument to the kiss. "OMG HERMIONE!!!!!! " she said it loud enough for everyone to hear but i told her to shut her mouth. i ran up to the girls' dormitories and flung myself onto my bed and cried until people started coming in for bed. i waited for everyone to be in bed, then i went into the common room and sat down in front of the fire, i was sat there for 10 minutes until i heard footsteps and a moment later, neville was sitting next to me i ignored him. " Hermione? is everything alright?" i could feel tears forming again and i said "oh Neville, i'm sorry you have to see me in this state, its just that i'm on my first period, im mad at ron because he wanted to copy my homework and that made me more emotional then i stormed off to the bathroom and on my way there i bumped into malfoy, he told his sidekicks to go back to their dorm and the draco pulled me into an empty classroom and confessed that he loves me then i kissed him, what am i going to do, i think i love him!"
