Day 2

The morning only feels nice for the first sweet five seconds ,if you miss that window you will have to wait for the next morning. That moment when your alertness is coming back when you just  open your eyes espeacially if after a good night sleep. Some people are not even consious enough to notice this. Well it is good practise,if you can be able to have a glimpse of a beautiful morning everyday. The moment you think everything is perfect, then you really wake up and it is like a bucket of icecold water has been poured on you when you remember the reality and just like that you grouchily get off from bed or maybe hurriedly to duty calls of the day. The reality is hard to face, but it need to be faced at some point.

Today i woke up and had this epiphany,what is a perfect morning supposed to look like. I mean i do not know your kind of perfect but i know mine. We can all paint a picture though.

I know perfect comes with different ideas. Firstly a good comfortable bed with soft sheets is key here.whats the point of having to wake up alone in an uncomfortable bed alone,atleast the bed can comfort you. There is something amaizing to waking up next to the person you treasure most or to the least bit like most. I mean even if the world was falling apart after waking up that is a bit of perfection in there. Breakfast in bed most days is almost as amaizing too. If there was just no waking up at all and staying in bed all day that would be good too.

People never value the beauty of the morning whether alone or with a partner. I think morning time is the time you should remind yourself of your self worth ,of what matters the most in yourlife and well the important question should always be: am i happy?. I think morning time is the time you ought to look at you speacial person ,tell them you love them ,remind them of who they are ,assure them ,yeah probably whisper something sweet to them well goes without saying wish them a wonderful day.

Most people wake up already distressed before even the day starts,wake up to alot of nioses in the  background ,wake up with eyes clothes sleepwaking to the toilet most times ,others the kitchen (you'd be suprised how hungry some people wake up). Some people wake up already sad before even the day has started waking up with yestetdays problems ,some people wake up angry no matter the outcome they are just angry to wake up again. Others wake up worried  about today and even the future even before the day has started started . Some people cannot even register how they woke up ,they were just up and already about.

I think we should try and practice the morning happiness idea. Just as little as five seconds to fifteen minutes to be aware of yourself,your body ,your emotions ,you muscles in a short version just relax. Reality is not gonner change because you woke up grumpy.

Be selfish with your morning, either by yourself or with your speacial person.well you may also make yourself the best part of someones day by waking them up. Remember if you miss your morning glimpse of joy ,you miss it forever well until the next morning and if you miss it again you might never experience it.
